AWD to FBA blocked SKUS

anybody seen asins being blocked from auto replenish from AWD to FBA?

i have some skus that were added to this tab called blocked skus, when you click on fix issue, it shows this message below

"This product has a maximum inventory level and exceeds the allowed quantity. View the maximum inventory level on the Restock Inventory page."

if auto replenish only replenishes when inventory is needed why would it get blocked? if there is excess inventory at FBA then nothing would either way replenish, why a block? what happens if the items start selling more, would the block be removed?

this block does not make any sense and should be removed

Hi @Seller_ww5gkPJboXQwU,

Can you share any case associated that I can ask our partner teams to look into?

yes it happens, u have to keep an eye on it - I have goods sold out now with inbound inv from AWD and the PPC is still running because is inbound so its pushing the acos up because of the delivery time is late if your ASIN drops to below 40 days I recommend do it manual - & that will cost you more in storage

I use to be a big fan of AWD but with these new rates - I am very disappointment because their system is not there yet and its a huge increase

They are also charging an inbound fee of past inventory that came into the AWD

Same, we are trying to inbound seasonal Father's Day inventory, and this is crippling our operations (literally have stock coming off of our production line, and piling up on our shipping dock here in Michigan).

This is also the latest confirmation that when Amazon comes out with it's next "just let us forecast for you, trust us bro!" software feature and promises that it can handle seasonality / looks at historic sales, that they are lying through their teeth.

This is just looking at the last weeks of sales and deciding what is needed next - like looking at Christmas tree sales in October to forecast for November / December. So frustrating!

Yes. Same, we've had 8 SKUs blocked and get the same message. Call support, and they need to escalate to a specialist. SMH.

AWD = another half-baked, half-witted program by Amazon.

Did you check if you have to pay shipping fees for trans-shipments AWD - FBA?

Are there any benefits vs shipping to FBA?

Every single time, Amazon is involved in shipping merchandise, it carries the risks of being damaged or "lost" in transit, and or receiving at FC.
