I've attempted to make three cases about my issue of not being able to reactivate my US account (due to inactivity) and re-verify my ID.
In the account reactivation process, following the Charge Method screen to select the credit card to use for the seller account, there's no further screen to upload my verification documents again.
I also do not see the Identity Verification screen under Settings - Account Info - Business Information.
I also cannot see or access the area to re-verify my ID from the link sent to me by Amazon support in response to my case, the link simply never take me to a screen to upload my identity documents. This is the link - https://sellercentral.amazon.com/hz/approvalrequest/registration
Customer service doesn't seem to understand my issue and keeps referring me to the verifications team, but I think this is a technical issue, and the verifications team cannot help me and they even said so in their last email to me about this.
