Just got my first policy violation. I clicked on the appeal button and uploaded a copy of my drivers license and a photo of my face. It says amazon will let me know in 2 business days if its ok but it's going on a week. When I click on the contact us button, it tells me I can not view the page. Any suggestions? I put my store front on vacation mode

At this time, they did communicate that there does not appear to be any pending verification or violations present on the account health page.
