Can't re-verify my identity (Business Information - Identity Verification is missing from the drop-down menu)

Hello,

I've attempted to make three cases about my issue of not being able to reactivate my US account (due to inactivity) and re-verify my ID.

In the account reactivation process, following the Charge Method screen to select the credit card to use for the seller account, there's no further screen to upload my verification documents again.

I also do not see the Identity Verification screen under Settings - Account Info - Business Information.

I also cannot see or access the area to re-verify my ID from the link sent to me by Amazon support in response to my case, the link simply never take me to a screen to upload my identity documents. This is the link - https://sellercentral.amazon.com/hz/approvalrequest/registration

Customer service doesn't seem to understand my issue and keeps referring me to the verifications team, but I think this is a technical issue, and the verifications team cannot help me and they even said so in their last email to me about this.

I see that your account verification has been approved, you can ignore the banner as it will go away in couple of days.

However, make sure you have a valid deposit method assigned to all of your marketplaces. You can find that in your Payments section. Also take a look at your Charge methods and make sure that you have a valid card on file as well.
