A while back my cell phone was stolen with my Amazon seller login in it. I made a new account thinking I would never get access to my previous account. My new account was flagged for Multiple Account Policy Violation. So I needed to access my old account ASAP.

I finally did and I reactivated or reinstated it and then I permanently deactivated that original account and closed it. I kept my second account just because nothing personal. So, now I am stuck getting automated responses that I need to Appeal ALL Policy Violation when my account is in good health 200/1000 . I read the Multiple Seller Account Violations and proved that this was all not intentional and because my phone was stolen and I proved a police report and everything.

Should I just deactivate this current account all together , I am so stuck and have sent a years worth of Appeals.

Dear Amazon Seller Support Team

I have my own brand and I'm selling it on Amazon but my listing has been suspended because of Received Intellectual Property Complaints. But there is a problem because that trademark on pending status. It means it didn't approved yet. How is that possible? They said this happened because of a keyword you used. The keyword is 'speedy tail'. I'll share ASIN and trademark details below. The real problem is there is nothing in my account health section so I couldn't send appeal. If his trademark application is approved I get it but this keyword isn't an approved keyword. If I could make an application I could defend myself well. I'll be waiting for your kindly response. No one hears me. They didn't even give me a chance to defend myself.

Amazon should be advertising more now and trying to make up for the recent public policy choices Amazon has made. They should be 100% business focused and more neutral on other things.

3rd party seller paying for storefronts monthly deserve more effort to advertise positively. 3rd party sellers must pay additional high seller fees on every sales transaction. Frustrating that Amazon sales are down and very little product views are coming through now from the latest boycotts and tariff chaos. Seems Amazon does not care.

its pretty sad so many people have been gated in universal movies and vinyls. But hey goodwill who sells used stuff that has been donated yet can still sell these products..if Amazon was worried about keeping their marketplace safe that's just a load of crap btw they would not let goodwill sell their goods. I don't understand how they get away with selling anything they want.

You can type in the exact name of our product which has 4.5 star rating, and sold thousands over the years.. but Amazon will place the competition's products [china made mostly] before ours. Sales have decreased over 50% over the last few years.

Amazon doesn't reward hard work and good products, but those who will pay them off to place their items at the top of the search.

I received a negative review from a customer claiming they did not receive a hat that was supposed to be included with their order. However, after checking their order details, it is clear that they did not pay for the hat—it was an optional add-on, which they chose not to purchase.

• Can Amazon remove a review if the complaint is based on a misunderstanding by the customer?

• Has anyone successfully disputed a review in a similar situation?

Policy Violation for Incorrect Product Categorization

Very frustrated here. I sell nail polish that I manufacture for my registered brand and one of my nail polishes (ASIN: B076K6V8D3), in the nail polish category, keeps getting a violation for "Incorrect Product Categorization". It is even pretty highly ranked in the nail polish category itself. No matter how many times I have appealed, talked and messaged support, I keep getting the same violation. And if I am missing something no one tells me what it is. We even tried to "change" the category through Amazon help and they came back and said it is in the right category, so there is that, but the violations still are being sent.

Anyone else successfully dealt with the same thing? My account health keeps going down as I am up to 6 violations for the same listing. I don't want to remove it as it is so highly ranked and every sale counts, you know? But when listed correctly to start, what can I do?

I did a report violation against a seller and AMAZON keeps the seller that I put the violation against and kicks off my distributor. AMAZON won't fix it and I have been trying to correct it for a week. I have spoken to 8 different AMAZON people and NO RESOLUTION. BEYOND FRUSTRATED!!!
