How CQE works

Amazon Business customers provide details including quantity, target price, desired delivery date, and their deadline. Amazon sends this information to sellers participating in the Custom Quote program.

As a part of the program, you’ll get a Seller Central notification when quote requests come in, with opportunities to respond to these bulk purchase requests. Click through to the Manage Quotes page in B2B Central to view and respond to the requests. You can offer a quote, or you can ignore the request if it’s not right for you.

I have the product miscategorized as large and bulky. I have asked many times to have the product remeasured and they keep giving me measurements that exceed the real ones, since my product is standard large.

Confirming FBM Orders

Hi guys,

I recently received a performance notification that I violated a policy saying my FBM orders have been confirmed prior to handing them off to a carrier.

I'm using Amazon buy shipping. I'm manually processing the orders and then inform our warehouse team once the orders have already been process so they can ship it to customers.

Since confirming the order is automatic through buy shipping, I'm trying to understand when do orders are being confirmed.

It is being confirmed immediately after processing the order?

Kindly advise. Will appreciate any insights.

We are facing a critical issue with the Amazon Warehousing & Distribution (AWD) service. Our inventory was delivered on 11/13/24, but as of today, it has not been checked into the system. This delay is highly concerning, especially during the peak holiday season.

It is disappointing to experience such inefficiency with AWD. We trusted this service to streamline our supply chain, but delays like this make us reconsider its reliability. At this rate, we are regretting our decision to use AWD and are seriously evaluating the use of a 3PL provider for better control over our inventory.

This delay not only jeopardizes our sales but also impacts customer trust and overall business performance. We urge the Amazon team to escalate this matter immediately and resolve it without further delay.

Don't know if other sellers are experiencing this...Amazon is padding the crap out of our transit times...we are well above the 90% OTDR yet they're showing our items won't be delivered until Dec 4-6!! that's 10-12 shipping days, we have our transit time for these areas set at 2-4 days with 1 day handling...and according to our dashboard they are only supposed to be adding .8 days so there's an extra 8 days being added!!!! some sort of ploy to drive more business to FBA during the holidays? this is inexcusable there has got to be some sort of recourse otherwise FBM sellers will all be out of business by next year....we're losing all of our buy boxes due to this 'error'!

Hello,

My product is in the baby category and has 2 x compliance requirements. I submitted all documents for both of these requirements over 3 months ago. One of them has been approved however the other one has been in "under review" for over 3 months now. Both compliance requirements required the exact same documentation, so if one has been approved than the other should not have any issues getting approval either.

I have been on the phone to Seller Support 10 times with no help and no change in the "under review" status.

As the deadline to meet the compliance requirements has now passed my listing is inactive and now blocked.

This delay now means I will miss out on the holiday peak sale period.

Need help with a policy violation

Can one of the @amazon mods please help.

Here is the violation:

I was trying to create a variant listing with 3 existing products. The listing this is about the title somehow became that of another product. So I changed the title back to what it was and got this.

I had account health call me and asked what I needed to do for them to remove it. They said I need to change the title back. I said I couldn't as I couldn't see the listing. They said to call catalog and they would fix it on the back end. I talked to them and they said they couldn't because the lisiting was deleted. Why it was deleted I don't know. So I said all that in the appeal and got the same bot reply below:

We received your submission but do not have enough information to remove the policy warning from your account at this time. To remove the warning, please send the following:

-- The root cause(s) of the policy violation.

-- The actions you have taken to resolve the policy violation.

-- The steps you have taken to prevent this violation in the future.

So I wrote a plan of action with all of those above and sent it and still got the same reply.

I don't know what to do anymore. Can you help?

account deactivated all of a sudden.

My seller account was verified by amazon quite a few times before I actually started selling on amazon. just a few days after the sales began, amazon deactivated my account saying that my account was suspended due to "deceptive and illegal activities". Upon calling and asking seller support, they could not clarify anything about what kind of illegal activities, according to them my account was involved in?

Later, they gave me a list of documents they would require for verification, I did submit all my documents twice amd in the third attempt added an utility bill on my name aswell but still they have rejected it again.

I am absolutely clueless what more should I submit after submitting each and every document I was asked for?

Can someone help?

this delay is seriously affecting me big way.

Brand Storefront Search Not Working

On my storefront page, the search box only shows results for about half of my items when I search for the first few words in the titles. I've searched every item I have and 103 of them will say "Sorry, we couldn’t find what you’re looking for" instead of showing the in-stock item.

I've tried updating the listings - no luck. I opened a support case with advertising support on Saturday, but haven't heard back yet.

Has anyone ever had this problem? If so, what did you do to fix it?
