Hi everyone, I need some urgent help regarding my US seller account.

On April 1st, 2025, I received an email for identity verification under “Other Policy Violations”. I immediately submitted all required verification documents and a photo the same day through the appeal section.

The system showed me that the verification would be completed within 2–3 days, so I waited. But after about a week, instead of being approved, my account got deactivated.

Now, it’s showing a critical violation with an account health rating of 0, and the email says I have 19 days to resolve the issue by contacting Account Health.

Has anyone else faced this? What should I do now to get it reactivated? I didn’t receive any rejection or further request for documents after my first appeal. Please guide me.

WARNING - Business price turned on without knowledge

I had an $79.99 item be offered as a business price for $35.99. And another $59.99 item be offered as a business price for $25.99. I have never set any business prices for any of my items. This is either a glitch/bug or Amazon changed the price details without warning.

CPC certificate review is too slow!!

Now it has been more than a month since the submission for audit, and my product will soon arrive at the Amazon warehouse, but I have not passed the audit and have not received any reply. Well, the tariffs are here. More than 70 percent of the products that wholesalers and retailers sell on Amazon are produced in China, according to a survey conducted by Jungle Scout and published by the ECDB. So, looks like cost for the majority of sellers are going up substantially. Per WSJ: China will be hit with a new 34% tariff, adding to previous duties, like the 20% tariff Trump imposed over fentanyl. That means the base tariff rate on Chinese imports will be 54%, before adding pre-existing levies. Have you started changing prices yet?

Not talked about much: "Trump on Wednesday signed an executive order eliminating the so-called de minimis provision for low-value parcels from China, effective May 2. Under U.S. tax law, the de minimis provision allows companies to avoid import taxes and customs inspections on international shipments with a retail value of $800 or less."

89 million de minimis packages came in from China in January. So, say the tariffs cuts that flood of packages in half, DHS still has to deal with a tsunami of packages to collect tariffs on which they never had to do before. Are there details on a plan to handle this? If so, please share.

The new de minimis rules may help some USA based sellers whos items are low cost and compete with cheap Chinese goods off of Temu et.al. Seems most of us in the USA can expect long delays on import clearances. Are stock outs therefore looming, and is it another reason to raise prices to conserve what inventory we all have already landed in the USA?

Trademark Misuse for Aftermarket product

My listings are tagged as listing policy violation eventhough it is an aftermarket product. Meaning, I have to put the brand name of the product that the parts are for. The title also has the words "for"/"compatible with"/"fits" in it, and yet the ASINs are still in the account health policy violation.

@amazon, I need a faster and clearer resolution on this, please.

Buyers account hijacked orders

Hi there,

This weed, we got a dozen orders from someone who hijacked the buyer's account.

The hackers send buyer message asking us to change delivery address.

Then one day later the buyer ask us to cancel the order saying "their account has been hijacked".

Customers were angry and took it out on us. We have lost a lot of money because we can only return and refund. Some orders can no longer be returned, but we still need refund these orders due to our A to Z cases exp. It even lowers our seller account performance.

We hardly ever get requests like this all year round. Have you guys received any similar orders recently? Any ideas?

Error Code 8752 for old listings

We’re facing an ongoing issue with 7 of our parent-child listings that were originally created in 2022 using UPC codes purchased from a third-party website. In December 2023, we received error code 8572, instructing us to repurchase UPCs for these ASINs directly from GS1.

To comply, we purchased new UPC codes from GS1 and applied them to the physical products stored in our warehouse. However, Amazon is not allowing us to update the listings with the new GS1 UPCs. When we attempt to do so, the system throws an error stating that the UPC in the catalog does not match the one we're trying to add — which is precisely the issue we’re trying to fix.

Despite months of back-and-forth with Seller Support (mostly receiving copy-paste responses), we were finally informed that the old UPCs had been de-associated and that we could assign the new ones after 72 hours. However, even after waiting and trying again multiple times over the past few weeks, the same error continues to appear.

We have tried everything — using flat file uploads, deleting and relisting the ASINs — but the issue remains unresolved. We've opened multiple cases, yet the support team seems unable to understand the core of the problem. We're now incurring storage fees on unsellable FBA inventory, and losing potential sales since the listings can't be updated or sold under a single variation family.

Can anyone here help resolve this issue or advise how we can get in touch with Amazon's technical support team directly? We really need a resolution at this point.
