I received a trademark misuse violation on March 19 for the name of my card game "Restoria" - but I don't understand what the violation is. There are no registered trademarks for "Restoria" for card games. The only trademark for Restoria for card games is my own (pending, not registered yet).

My listing was deactivated yesterday and no explanation has been given to me when I contact support.

I got a trademark misuse violation after I deleted it, I contacted the seller's help, and they said that the listing got violated & deleted at the same time so it will remain on my account health page & Selling Partner Support doesn't have further guidance on this.

I am new to selling and I am having some difficulties launching. My product keeps getting flagged for trademark misuse, however, I am not using anyone's trademark anywhere on my page. I opened a case and after the support team investigated, they found no misuse of trademark so they reinstated my product, but it keeps getting removed and reinstated. I had my listing reinstated about 8 times now and the support team only provide USELESS generic responses such as; make sure I'm not misusing trademark, etc, blah blah and doesn't provide or help with a permanent fix. They cant tell me where I am misusing the trademark either so can someone here provide some assistance because i am beyond frustrated reopening my cases.
