This weed, we got a dozen orders from someone who hijacked the buyer's account.
The hackers send buyer message asking us to change delivery address.
Then one day later the buyer ask us to cancel the order saying "their account has been hijacked".
Customers were angry and took it out on us. We have lost a lot of money because we can only return and refund. Some orders can no longer be returned, but we still need refund these orders due to our A to Z cases exp. It even lowers our seller account performance.
We hardly ever get requests like this all year round. Have you guys received any similar orders recently? Any ideas?
