Hey everyone,

I’ve been trying to get my Amazon seller account reinstated, but it’s been over nine days since I submitted my documentation, and I haven’t received any response. I’ve done everything Amazon asked, including submitting all documents my supplier could provide. Unfortunately, they aren’t able to give me anything beyond what I’ve already sent.

Does anyone know the best way to get Amazon’s attention for a human review? I’m hoping to have someone look over my case personally to speed up the resolution. If there are any specific contact methods, escalation steps, or even tips on how to reach the right team at Amazon, I’d be really grateful.

Hi, I'm FBA seller and would like to find some Amazon associate/affiliate marketing influencers to hire and pay commission. My goal is to sell very cheaply and close down the current business with the help of affiliate marketing. I struggle to find the exact place on Seller Central to reach current active influencers and hire them. I have already looked at similar topics in the forum but all the shared info and links lead to becoming an influencer however as a seller I would like to know how to hire an influencer.? Hello Support

I completed the virtual interview on October 15. Following the interview, Amazon requested additional documents, which I promptly submitted. They assured me of a response within five days. However, their subsequent message claimed they hadn't received my documents, despite my confirmation of sending them.

I contacted Account Health Support via phone, and they instructed me to resend the documents to Scram-Appealsamazon.com, which I did on October 22. They advised waiting 3-4 days for a response, but it's now been 25 days without hearing back.

I find Amazon's behavior unprofessional, as it's wasting our time and impacting our business. We've halted shipments for a month due to this unresolved issue. It's concerning that Amazon forces us into these processes but fails to manage them efficiently.

Amazon Just Keeps Getter Crazier with Shipping

For starters, I have a huge problem with a lot of shipments that I sent to Amazon by USPS getting returned etc. because the centers refuse to setup delivery with USPS.

As if that problem with a company like Amazon, whose core business revolves around shipping, having fulfillment centers that do not accept USPS like everyone else does is not bad enough, and Amazon doing nothing to help or fix the problem isn't horrible beyond words, now it appears Amazon is trying to force me to send to those centers again.

I know the centers below are bad because of personal experience and these forums. Before, when a bad center came up, I was able to change the region and get a good center. Now, that doesn't work as it is always one of those below. Other tricks such as creating new shipments or putting in addresses in different countries for the ship from address are not working now either as it is always the three centers below that come up.

Does anyone have any solutions?? I have tried creating a big shipment to one of the bad centers which I of course will not send, but that hasn't worked yet either. The only thing I can think of is keep doing that and perhaps Amazon will eventually offer me different centers.

Hello, Amazon Team

I contacted the Amazon investment team on August 15, 2024, and registered an Amazon store on August 19, 2024. On August 30, 2024, my store was deactivated. From August 19, 2024 to August 30, 2024, I did not operate an Amazon store, did not publish any listings, and did not sell any products. Therefore, there are no product listings or funds in my store. During the period from August 19, 2024 to August 30, 2024, I applied for a US trademark through my company and selected the products I wanted to sell.On September 9, 2024, my company applied for a US trademark and issued a receipt. I logged into the Amazon store to prepare for brand registration. When I logged into the store backend, I was surprised to find that my store had been deactivated. After analyzing the original, I found that it was because I did not check the Performance Notifications and email information in time, which caused me to miss the opportunity for virtual identity verification. Therefore, the store was deactivated. From September 9, 2024 to October 3, 2024, I appealed and requested Amazon to give me a chance to verify my virtual identity information. I was very lucky to get another chance to verify my virtual identity. On October 3, 2024, I contacted the Amazon virtual identity team, and we communicated for about 20 minutes. The whole verification process went very smoothly. The only shortcoming was that I didn't remember my payment account number. At that time, I communicated with the colleague of the virtual identity information and expressed that I wanted to log in to my bank immediately, check the information and inform the complete payment account number. However, I was rejected. However, the colleague of the virtual identity verification told me that I only needed to submit the payment account information after the National Day. After the two parties reached an agreement, the virtual identity verification video ended. But, unfortunately, on the holiday (October 7, 2024), I found that my Amazon account also received a deactivated message. I was very disappointed because our holiday was still going on and did not start working. (I need to add that our National Day holiday is a 7-day holiday. During the holiday, bank staff are also on vacation and cannot issue proof of my payment account)

I have fully explained the whole incident. The whole incident happened because I did not check the store backend performance and email information in time. At the same time, in order to enable us to complete the appeal review more efficiently. I have notarized my ID card, credit card bill for September 2024, business license and purchase invoice for virtual identity information verification, which is legally valid.

As a new seller, due to my mistakes at work, a series of problems followed. I am very sorry. At the same time, I have been working hard to learn Amazon's policies. Avoid such problems from happening again. Therefore, I hope that the Amazon audit team and the Amazon platform can give me a chance. Restore the sales rights of the Amazon store or re-verify the virtual identity information.

The emails include my credit card bill, business license, ID card, purchase contract and invoice, utility bill, receipt of the US trademark applied by the company, proof of payment account (issued by Wanlihui WorldFirst), notarization fee invoice, and notarization of personal company information.

My goods were delivered on September 2, but they were not put on the shelves for several weeks. I asked the customer service, and they replied that the investigation date had not arrived. They said that the goods could only be investigated on October 16.

So I waited until October 16, and they said that my goods had a defect fee because the time interval between the arrival of the same batch of goods exceeded 30 days. If they could put the goods on the shelves in time, there would be no problem at all.

After dealing with this problem, a few days later, the shipment became completed. But the quantity received was 0.

I asked the customer service again and took the initiative to provide the purchase invoice and proof of delivery.

Then they replied that this information was not enough and the product Asin needed to be shown on the invoice. My invoice has the name of the shipment and the quantity of the goods, but Amazon does not recognize this information.

I filed cases many times to resolve this matter, but the answers were the same.

I have encountered the problem of lost shipments before, and I only provided invoices and proof of delivery. I got compensation very smoothly before. I don’t know why this happened this time.

UPS Label Massive Increase

We've been shipping FBM for 10 years and 100's of thousands of orders... I've never seen UPS rates so high, ever. It's absurd. Surely a seasonal bump...but I've not seen it by this much ever. Fed Ex is somehow cheaper - and by many times $4-6 cheaper per order! Fed Ex is very slow moving also - we ship very quickly when we receive orders, and they are taking 2-3 days longer than UPS would. So are my fellow FBM sellers seeing this massive disparity and everyone is shipping Fed Ex - making them get bogged down??!! We have daily UPS pick ups, and never Fed Ex because they were so much more expensive - rarely shipped with them. The drives to the Fed Ex store are getting pretty full!

$27.25 reimbursements for lost items worth $1400

Amazon reimbursed me $27.25 per item for a lost shipment that contained 6 items. Prior to providing this reimbursement, they requested the purchase invoice, which I provided and which showed my cost for these items was $1390 each. So basically, Amazon lost my shipment which had a $8340 cost, and only reimbursed me $163.50 - more than $8000 short.

The items are a Lenovo Thinkpad high-end laptop:

The price history for this ASIN shows the lowest price for this ASIN ever offered in new condition at $1899 with the buy box/featured offer ranging between $2249 and $1899, so it can be assumed that if the item would not have been lost they would have sold for between $2249 and $1899 (see price history attachment from Keepa).

I reopened the case arguing that I provided proof of my cost being $1390 and the item never selling for less than $1899 and requesting to be reimbursed at my $1390 cost level, forfeiting any inbound fees, etc, but all I get is this:

Because item prices tend to fluctuate over time and may vary widely from seller to seller, we compare several price indicators to determine an estimated sale price for the item when calculating the reimbursement amount. The price indicators we compare are as follows:

- The median price at which other sellers have sold the same item on Amazon over the past 18 months

- The current list price for the same item from other sellers on Amazon

Which Amazon knows is a lot higher than $27.25.... Even the current **used** offer is $999.

I pointed all of this out, but they keep closing the case with the exact same reply I posted here.

Any suggestions on how to get them to follow their own policy would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.
