I am working on completing a new product listing and I keep receiving the same email regarding denied brand qualification applications.
Could someone assist or point me in the right direction to look up the ID number as to why my brand is getting denied?
We have closed this case as this appears to be the same request as a prior case you created. Our guidelines for contacting Selling Partner Support state that duplicate cases should not be created. See case ID below and lookup your prior case in case log for further assistance on your request.

I'm sorry you are having difficulties getting your Brand Qualification completed. My review of your previous submission the reason you were rejected in Case 17310587281 was that the images you provided, are not real-world images of the product or packaging. Please note, the pictures must be taken by you and show the items being hand-held or placed on a table, or the ground.
You will need to ensure you provide real world images with your branding permanently affixed to appeal further. If you run into difficulties after fixing your images please let me know here.
