I am new to selling here on Amazon, and I am very disappointed so far.
Initially, my account was suspended because of a product authenticity issue without further explaining the basis of it. The only explanation I can think of is that one customer complained that the product was not effective and requested a refund. The product is "WINDEX" for god sake, who will fake that?.
I provided all the receipts, and even tracking numbers that came and shipped from the BIG KNOWN COMPANY (my supplier) itself. Yet still, I was told it was not enough, and they are still looking for more information. I'm not sure what else I can and should give them. After they suspended my account, I lost access to the chat support. I can't even call them, so I am not sure how to get proper help. I only get mostly automated responses with the same messages.
Then, I am experiencing a bunch of granted AtoZ refunds even after sending evidence and photos from the courier that the items were delivered in front of the customer's door.
It's getting ridiculous; I'm at the point of losing hope to reactivate my account and not even willing to reactivate it because of these refunds that you can't even appeal or fight for.
Basically, selling here stresses me, and instead of earning money, I lose a lot of money. I will definitely not recommend selling here. I think selling here is a BIG JOKE!
