Very frustrated here. I sell nail polish that I manufacture for my registered brand and one of my nail polishes (ASIN: B076K6V8D3), in the nail polish category, keeps getting a violation for "Incorrect Product Categorization". It is even pretty highly ranked in the nail polish category itself. No matter how many times I have appealed, talked and messaged support, I keep getting the same violation. And if I am missing something no one tells me what it is. We even tried to "change" the category through Amazon help and they came back and said it is in the right category, so there is that, but the violations still are being sent.
Anyone else successfully dealt with the same thing? My account health keeps going down as I am up to 6 violations for the same listing. I don't want to remove it as it is so highly ranked and every sale counts, you know? But when listed correctly to start, what can I do?
