Ok, not sure what is going on, but Amazon is now stealing money. I guess you guys have all noticed that the last Sttlement Period is 3 times less than previous settlement period.

We have sold 150k of good for the 2 weeks period but settlement period 10/22/24-11/05/24 shows just 60k.

Just to be clear. We are selling 150k of goods each 2 weeks. Every time the payout was pretty much the same. Nothing has has changed. You would say that Deferred transactions were introduced. But this is different.

They show that we sold only 60k for the 2 weeks, when we make 10k of sales each day.

Or here is another example. The new Settlement Period is 11/05/24 till now. We have made $35k of sales for the last 3 days. but the Settlement Period "Product Charges" shows the amount 3 times less - just $11k.

WTH is going on?

I've never struggled so much to get a company to take my money.

Dear Amazon Team,

Falak Accessories is my old account, which I created on 30 November 2023 during my learning session and did not used and NovaNest Variety Store is my main account created in 2024 and it is verified, recently I have received an email from amazon that your main account is deactivated due to linkage with old account please reinstate that first then you can reinstate your main account, after that I came to falak accessories account and opened many cases with support and also provided electricity bill with all requirements but amazon is not reactivating my old account with saying no enough information to reactivate your account, kindly please check attached screen shots and provide me a proper solution.

"Frequently Retruned Item" badge on a 2.7% NCX ASIN

About six months ago, we received 12% negative feedback due to customers not reading the product description. We added that information to images, bullet points, A+ content, and product descriptions.

Our NCX rate dropped from 12% to 2.7%. The image attached indicates our listing updates have been effective. It has been around 3% with "Good" CX Health for 4 weeks now. To our surprise, the listing just now received a "Frequently Returned Item" badge.

We contacted every NCX return and offered a full refund. Some responded positively, saying they've changed their minds and will continue to use the product.

Based on how much people like to return orders because it doesn't cost them, I don't think 2.7% is too high. Any advice helps, thank you in advance!

Brand registry rejections

I am a new seller and my applications for brand registry have been rejected numerous times. I keep getting the same reasons and I am at a loss because I can't see a flaw in my application, having done hours of research on multiple forums.

Can you please provide advice so I can at least understand the issue and then be able to fix it?

Here is the advice back to me with my position against each point:

Your Brand Registry appeal request has been rejected.

Why did this happen?

This decision was made due to one or more of the following reasons:

a) your account was engaging in conduct that violates Brand Registry’s policies, such as, but not limited to, invalid notice submissions through our notice submission channels or tampering with the catalog;

- My account is very healthy and my brand is the No1 New Seller in the category

b) your application or account is related to other Amazon accounts or brands that have violated Amazon or Brand Registry’s policies,

- I have no relationship with any other accounts or brands and never have

c) you are associated with one or more selling accounts as a primary owner and all of them have failed seller verification,

- I have no relationship with any other selling accounts. My current account is active and healthy

d) inability to provide sufficient evidence of branding on products/packaging;

- I have provided a number of high res photos taken by me that clearly show the branded product and packaging, consistent with the trademark application (this is the only possible reason I can think of but I'm not sure what else I can do t provide better photo evidence)

e) you have a selling account that is de-activated, or

- My account is healthy and active

f) your trademark application appears to be filed by a filing firm that may be violating US federal regulations and USPTO rules (explained below).

- My US based lawyer is highly regarded and the application for my trademark has been accepted by the USPTO as per the documentation provided

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Good afternoon! I'm not sure if I'm experiencing a delayed payment summary or what...

When I went to reconcile my payment today, I went to my payment summary and noticed my numbers didn't look right.

For one, our account level reserve is only at $200, when it should be well over $100,000 as it normally is.

Secondly, our sales are only showing 1/3 of what they normally are as well as expenses being 1/3 of what they normally are.

I contacted Amazon support and one agent let me know that the account level reserve is moving to deferred transactions, however, I've always still had an account level reserve while seeing deferred transactions. This would also not explain where the remaining 2/3's of my sales and expenses are, are they in the deferred transactions? Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm leaning more toward my sales summary being incorrect or not fully finished processing. If any mods want to take a look, please do. My support cases are:

Also, we sell exclusively through FBA.

Hello, we started actively selling on Amazon US this July 2024 after a long time and since then Amazon keeps all the money and won't pay us anything. At the moment it's over $35k.

I have tried opening several cases with Amazon, however no one has been attentive. I even called Amazon several times, but they always just escalated the matter and nothing came of it. It's a lot of money for us and it greatly affects the entire operation of our company.

Can a mod please assist? We have had another Brand Registered ASIN hijacked and updated to the brand AONELAS.

ASIN B0C44K85DX. I did report the listing with Brand Registry, but "no violation has been identified."
