Issue with payments - Amazon owes us $35,000

Hello, we started actively selling on Amazon US this July 2024 after a long time and since then Amazon keeps all the money and won't pay us anything. At the moment it's over $35k.

I have tried opening several cases with Amazon, however no one has been attentive. I even called Amazon several times, but they always just escalated the matter and nothing came of it. It's a lot of money for us and it greatly affects the entire operation of our company.

Are you sure that is not the holdback reserve Amazon holds on sellers. That fee is based on your sales villosity and average cost of the products sold. It could be even more during the holiday shopping season.

I've reviewed your account and from what I see is that you were deactivated for poor account health rating in September.

When your account is deactivated your funds will not be available for 90+ days or until the account issue has been resolved.

I do see you have 296 pages of unresolved compliance requests.

Visit Manage Your Compliance to see the list of affected products and submit the required compliance documents. To get there:

Click on Performance --> Account Health --> Manage Your Compliance

Once you address those requests, our team can provide next steps on the account reactivation and/or release of funds.
