I sell novelty printed items. One of these items is an aluminum license plate with the flags of countries printed on them.
Last summer I received a few "restricted product" violations claiming that the item was a 'cover' or 'spray' meant to hide a license plate.
I appealed and was, as usual, instantly denied without even attempting to understand my appeal.
I reached out to SS and actual came across the most helpful person there in over a decade. She really did her research to help me and found that the word 'cover' was in my backend (amazon only) keywords.
She advised me exactly what to write in my appeal and it was accepted. Since then I have received a number of additional 'restricted product' violations on other plates I have listed.
I appeal with the same text that worked previously and about half of them were just instantly denied the other half accepted. This goes to show that Amazon SS AI is a 100% crapshoot and inconsistant.
Please, can someone from Amazon address this concern for me. I received 34 restricted product violations today falsely claiming my products are something they are not. All because Amazon added inaccurate backend keywords.
Thank you
