In the month of February, my account was deactivated, linking me to another user.

At that moment I answer a questionnaire, appeal, where they ask me if I use or used an external company, to which I answer no, without considering the 3pl an external company.

Then reading in this forum, I found information that indicated to me that, perhaps due to the address of the 3pl, they associated my account with another account that is not mine, that is where I realized that the 3pl is then considered an external company.

I attempted a second appeal by submitting documentation that I use a 3pl for logistics and returns services. This appeal was also rejected.

My question would be:

Is it because of using a 3pl that Amazon associated with another user? Or could there be something else?

Is it not allowed to use 3pl?

Should I cancel my membership with that 3pl and thus make a POA showing that I no longer use a 3pl?

I was using a Virtual Assistant services for my Amazon Account and he was providing services to other clients as well, then i stopped selling in amazon and I ask my virtual assistant to put a hold on my account for now Now i am not sure what went wrong, Amazon deactivated my USA market place on my account,

then after some time I made a new amazon account and in Australian Market and Usa market place and started wholesale business in USA market, after listing 1 product and stared selling that product , suddenly amazon deactivated my USA market place and told me that your account is related to some other account,

then i logged into my old Amazon account , then i realize this account is also deactivated for the same reason,

now amazon is accusing me to be related to an account, which i have nothing to do and i do not know anything about that account

i need serious help as my inventory is idle sine last 15 days

I recently opened a new account and it was suspended due to related account. What I don't find it clear is that did Amazon provide the related account name in the notice? or is it my store name?

My store name is SAMPAR USA. on the notice the related store name seems SAMPAR+USA , or is it talking about my store?? I'm confused.

Why is this happening?

You have a separate account SAMPAR+USA which was enforced for violating one of our policies. As a result, you may no longer use the SAMPAR+USA Selling account to sell on Amazon.com.

How do I reactivate my account?

In order to reactivate this Selling account, SAMPAR+USA please follow the below steps:

1. You must first reactivate the account associated with SAMPAR+USA by submitting an appeal. Please follow the instructions in the communication received for that account.

2. Once you have successfully reactivated that account, please submit an appeal to reactivate the current account, SAMPAR+USA by using this link: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/performance/dashboard?ref=ah_em_ap. When submitting the appeal, you will need to provide us with the name of the account that was reactivated and the date of reactivation.

What if I don’t own the account – SAMPAR+USA ?
