Product Authenticity Complaint – Invoice Rejected
Hello, fellow sellers,
I recently received a Product Authenticity Customer Complaint on my account (screenshot attached). I submitted a valid invoice from my supplier to Amazon, but they rejected it. I’m unsure what went wrong and how to proceed next.
1. What are the common reasons Amazon rejects invoices?
2. How can I improve my appeal and get my invoice accepted?
3. Has anyone successfully resolved a similar issue? If so, what steps did you take?
I want to make sure I provide exactly what Amazon needs to clear this complaint. Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

" I submitted a valid invoice from my supplier to Amazon, but they rejected it."
First a question -- is this still about the dropshipping violation that you got caught with a year ago? Are you still suspended for that issue or is this a new problem?
Have you verified with your sale rep at the BRAND that your 'supplier' is actually an AUTHORIZED wholesale distributor?
"1. What are the common reasons Amazon rejects invoices?"
Not having an LOA from the brand and using gray market suppliers that are NOT authorized distributors.
"2. How can I improve my appeal and get my invoice accepted?"
Follow the process for selling branded items on the 'new, improved' Amazon --
If Amazon is rejecting your "proof" it is likely as a result of NOT meeting these requirements --
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK?
NOTE the verification is required from the brand that the source is legitimate and authorized, NOT from one of those touted on TikTok and YouTube as having "thousands of brands and products" that assures you that they are authorized.
If you have watched any YouTube or TikTok videos FORGET everything you saw there.

VACATION MODE until you spend a couple weeks on Seller U!
Or are you still suspended for the dropshipping violation that you got caught with a year ago?

I don't see any screenshot. Attach it, and blur out any personal details.
