I hope you find this discussions. I received Product Authenticity Complaint which is totally wrong. I apply for appeal with all supportive documents required by amazon. But it rejected after few minutes said "We cannot accept this invoice because we are unable to verify the supplier." It is my first experience since 1 year doing business with amazon.

Never received message from any customer, Never received negative feedback, never received A-Z Claim, Account Health (Healthy), Health Rating above 200.

I don't understand how it is possible to take action immediately in few minutes without any verification. It is 100% systematic rejection.

Kindly take fair action on it.

Hi, can anyone help me? My account has been suspended due to product authenticity, even though my listing has been inactive for over 4 months. I had only 100 units of the product, all of which were sold. My account performance has been good with no returns or negative reviews. I bought this product from a Chinese company. It's a simple kitchen tool, so I don't understand why someone would make a fake version of it. I've sent my invoice, but it was rejected. Could you please advise me on what I should do? .

I'm posting here as a last resort, as I'm out of ideas on how to resolve this issue.

I've spoken to my account representative on this issue & followed the advise given. When submitting an appeal for this product it states to provide an Invoice OR Receipt/s.

For this product we have receipts that total roughly 2000 units for the past 365 days. This is our #1 seller and this month we got hit with a product authenticity complaint.

I have attached all receipts, highlighted the receipts with the store, address & contact number. I've also highlighted the last 4 digits used for the business card & included a picture of my card with the company name that matches on my sellers account.

I've spoken with the store manager and they said if Amazon did happen to call to verify authenticity & receipts they would be able to if given the phone number attached to the account.

I've done all this & have hit a wall in terms of appealing this complaint. This is what was advised by our rep due to the fact receipts typically lack actual information the Appeal Team look for.
