I have been attempting to complete the reverification process for 2 weeks. The "Reactivate Account" link they keep sending me goes to the "View Selling Applications. I have uploaded the documents several times now.
i have several email from the support team to upload doucments and I did that 3 times.
The last email they sent was "
We have received your inquiry, but we cannot provide support on this matter.
Why is this happening?
We cannot provide support on this matter because your request is not related to seller identity verification or related processes.

The Seller Identity Verification team
But the big red and yellow banner that's blocking my account says "In order to reactivate your account, we need to verify your identity again".
I've re-uploaded all of my business documents to my account info main page, I've verified my address by having them send the postcard through the mail, I've re-updated my bank account and tax information.
Any actual assistance would be greatly appreciated!
