Well @Seller_EkbLZUYSpmJEy, you are in luck as we are happy to announce the launch of the new “Follow Discussion” feature on Seller Forums, so our sellers will never miss an update on the conversations that matter to them most.

This new feature is easy to use!

Simply click the new “Follow” button on any discussion of interest and you’ll get a pop-up on the Notifications tab whenever there is new activity.

You’ll also be able to see a summary of your Followed discussions in the new Follow filters on the home, discussions, and profile pages.

Also just in case you caught it in the screenshot above, the ability to follow sellers and Community Manager is coming soon. Please stay tuned!

Sales Have Fallen Off Drastically

I realize there are a lot of posts like this that pop up from time to time with people reporting their sales have really fallen off. I don't mean to create yet another one just to bemoan this fact as I'm sure a lot of other people have experience this too, but this is quite severe.

It was like a flip switched mid-December. I've been selling on Amazon for five years and have a lot of data to show what I expect to be selling relative to other years. I went from nearly 1500-1800 sales a month down to maybe 350 at most. My January was down 80% from the previous January. I haven't changed anything, and the sudden nature of it makes me feel like something in the algorithm has changed rather than it being a subtle creep of competition.

Perhaps I'm missing something and there was an announcement as to some policy that changed. I'm FBM and have never been FBA.

I proceeded with same last year information for my Inform Consumer Act few days back.

Then Suddenly I got a warning 'Your account is at risk of deactivation' and Tax Id verification is in progress and nothing you can do but only wait. So much is invested and waiting is not easy as every supplier would agree on.

I made a call and support said, there is a technical error and you just needed to wait for 72 hrs.

Anyone here with same situation been resolved??

rejected product testing 4.3 Toxicolgy

Multiple items rejected stating missing test 4.3 Toxicology as if it were a seperate test, which it is not.

It is part of Heavy metals and lead testing which was submitted.

section 4.3 includes

4.3.5: Limits the solubility of eight heavy metals in surface coatings and substrates

4.3.5.1: Prohibits excessive levels of lead in paints and similar surface coatings

4.3.5.2: Prohibits excessive levels of lead in accessible substrates

I am posting this in hopes that they will see there is a problem with this and test reports are not being read properly.

INFORM Tax Verification

My account has been deactivated due to missing information from the Tax section. All other information has been verified.

I have submitted this about 4 times and just see the 'in progress' message. I have spoken to Amazon about this a couple of times and know there is an issue but has anyone managed to resolve this? I really need to be selling right now. All just so stressful when you get different responses from support and have no idea what the issue uis.

Hello Amazon,

Now I'm feeling very bad and stressed. I need urgent help!! My account just got deactivated and I need it to be activated again!!

I've everything verified in the INFORM Consumers Act except the Tax Verification which I'm having troubles with and I already have open cases about it that are in progress that you are helping me with. Also the IRS is helping me which will take some weeks to be finished. It doesn't make any sense to deactivate my account when we are fixing the issues that I'm having. So please activate my account ASAP while the process is getting fixed.

Need Assistance with lost fba inbound shipment

Hello,

I applied for a shipment reimbursement through the Content page, where several lost products were listed. I am now submitting all the required invoices and have rechecked several times to ensure everything matches. However, I have received the same unclear message twice:

"Unfortunately, we are unable to recover the physical inventory of the located item at this time, due to the error in shipment plan creation. We are unable to reimburse or reconcile the discrepancies you have asked to investigate for these items because of the error."

I would like to point out that I have also attached a screenshot from Seller Central clearly showing that these units were entered correctly when the shipment was created, and I have not identified any errors.

I kindly request that this case be reviewed by the appropriate team so that I may receive either the reimbursement or a clear explanation regarding this issue.

Hello,

I have been attempting to complete the reverification process for 2 weeks. The "Reactivate Account" link they keep sending me goes to the "View Selling Applications. I have uploaded the documents several times now.

i have several email from the support team to upload doucments and I did that 3 times.

The last email they sent was "

We have received your inquiry, but we cannot provide support on this matter.

Why is this happening?

The Seller Identity Verification team

But the big red and yellow banner that's blocking my account says "In order to reactivate your account, we need to verify your identity again".

I've re-uploaded all of my business documents to my account info main page, I've verified my address by having them send the postcard through the mail, I've re-updated my bank account and tax information.

Any actual assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Forgot to add items into shipment, but sent them in

Issue: Item not added to optimized shipment , but sent in the box to FBA. 100 units were sent, 20 in each shipment but forgot to add into the FBA shipment.

Non-receipt turned arrived late turned return request

I shipped an order to a buyer through an APO. It was ordered 1/5/25 and shipped 1/6/25 using Amazon's buy shipping and was shipped within the shipping window. 1/30/25 he messages me to tell me it didn't arrive. I checked, and it was still in transit. I told him to open a A-Z non-receipt claim. He opens an return request. 2/12/25 he messages me that it arrived, but it was too late. He opens another return request. And he wants a pre-paid return label. Amazon always issues a prepaid label to refund at first scan. I told him to use the pre-paid return label that was attached to his first return request and take it to UPS. I wake up to a message this morning stating that he took it the post office (USPS) and that the label is not prepaid. He sent me an image, and it doesn't look like any return label I have ever seen.

Questions:

1. Why didn't Amazon issue a pre-paid label like they always do with return requests?

2. If he files a claim for late delivery, will Amazon honor and pay it with no effect to my ODR?

FBA add item to shipping plan?

After sending my shipment off, I realized I forgot to include an item on my shipping plan. I included a large qty in the shipment, spread out over all the boxes evenly as it would have been expected as if it was on the plan.

Is there any way to modify this plan or have these items found by Amazon?

Or do they just pocket them?

In theory unexpected items show up at reconciliation but nothing is showing up yet and the boxes are all opened
