Dear Amazon FBA Logistic Team
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding a shipment I sent to Amazon in September 2024. It has been months, and I have yet to receive any update or resolution on this matter. This is utterly unacceptable, and I demand immediate action.
According to what my carrier told me, the appointment information updated at 10/16/2024/ 18:00EDT, the appointmentID is 77089034979. It's been a long time ago. But I still haven't received the goods, and there's no investigation being opened, let alone compensation. It's just 38PCS! Why so difficult?
Despite numerous follow-ups and requests for updates, your team has done nothing but delay the investigation process. Every time I contact support, I am given vague responses, empty promises, and no concrete answers. This is not the level of service I expected from a company of Amazon’s reputation. Not happy with it.
