Feedback that should be removed!!!

Recently a customer left this feedback, “Fake”.

The customer said that our product is fake just because they are not satisfied with the quality of the product, our product is genuine, otherwise Amazon wouldn't allow us to sell it, we think this is a kind of rumor and defamation, which violates Amazon's policy: the feedback contains slurs, and should be removed.

During the communication process with Amazon customer service, Amazon customer service thinks we don't have a brand name and refuses to help us remove the feedback. However, the product actually has an authorized brand name, please check and verify.

In summary, this malicious feedback should be removed, please help us to remove this feedback, thank you.

Hello! Help me with advice regarding insurance.

A few days ago I received a letter - We request that you provide proof of commercial liability insurance by March 31.

It was suggested to use this opportunity to simplify the process - Amazon Insurance Accelerator

On the page I saw information and it was necessary to select - Where is your business registered? There were 3 countries offered - the USA, China and other countries.

I chose - Others, since I am registered in Ukraine.

Unfortunately, there are no insurance partner companies on the page that are verified and work with Amazon, and instead, there is only the option to contact by email those who are responsible for Ukraine - You can also reach out to Marsh, an insurance broker, via the emails listed below to help you find a local insurer in your region.

I wrote to the email address that suggested it and all I got in response was this - Dear Sender,

Thank you for your email. We have confirmed receipt of your message and will get back to you shortly.

Marsh Ukraine Team

I went around all the insurance companies in my city today and they do not provide such insurance and do not know about trading on Amazon. For them, these are rare cases and they are not interesting for insurance. I am the first one who told them about the need for insurance for Amazon.

Perhaps someone will tell me what to do in my case and I thank you for your help.

Hello Amazon community,

I need some help! I recently made some edits to my product listing and now it's inactive. When I check the 'review blocked reason', it says the 'Product detail page was removed'. But when I click to 'Fix Listing', it shows 'Zero product policy violations'. I'm completely confused. Has anyone encountered something similar? Any suggestions on what steps I can take to get my listing active again?

Do you know the difference between Brand Approvals and Brand Registry on Amazon? I’m here to explain. 🙋‍♀️

Think of it this way: Brand Approval is getting permission to sell someone else's brand, while Brand Registry is registering and protecting your own brand on Amazon with a trademark.

Here’s a break down on what each program offers!

Brand Approvals: Permission to sell someone else's brand

  • Required permission to sell specific brands
  • Applies to sellers wanting to sell existing brands
  • Requires documentation (invoices, authorization letters, etc.)
  • You don't own the brand, you're getting permission to sell it

Brand Registry: Registering and protecting your own brand on Amazon with a trademark.

Note: If you are not the trademark owner but have a relationship with the brand owner, you can also request a selling role or a protection role and be added to represent the brand.

  • Brand Registry is a program for brand owners to protect their own brands
  • You must own/represent the trademarked brand
  • Requires registered or pending trademarks
  • Gives brand owners tools such as...Enhanced content (A+ Content), Brand store creation, Brand analytics, Protection against intellectual property violations, Brand reporting tools and more!

Note: If sellers don’t have a trademark but want to list under a brand that does not exist on Amazon, please reference the Brand name approval requirements and issue resolution.

Fake reviews - Please remove

Hello,

I have the following 2, 1 star reviews which are paid for and fake. Please help with removing them. I have reported them but nothing has been done by the amazon team yet. These reviews are affecting sales.

1. This is a non verified purchase and the account clearly looks fake withe no reviews under it.

Account deactivated due to DAC7

Hello,

These 10 days have been crazy. My account got deactivated due to the DAC7, i put in the correct information and amazon reviewed it after 5 days! and rejected it even tho my VAT information and other information is correct.

I have tried to appeal it again but still no review in 5 days, again! I have lost so many sales in these 10 days because amazon is absurdly slow.

Tried contacting seller support and got the same bot responce 4 times in a row. This is just crazy that im just being ignored by amazon.

A shipment of 229 units was marked as "delivered" by the carrier and signed for by Amazon. However, the inventory was never checked in. The discrepancy investigation shows "completed" with no reimbursement, despite providing POD (Proof of Delivery) and packing slips. Support cases are either ignored or redirected without resolution.

A+ Premium Not Unlocking, Again

I'm once again having problems getting A+ Premium to unlock, now for the brand "Sunday Afternoons". Qualified for over the past 2 weeks, but still not being shown access for A+ Premium. Seller Support has been of no help as usual and are refusing to escalate it to leadership.

Hope all is well. I need urgent assistance/help on a issue. My account was deactivated 2 weeks ago, due to INFORM Act verification process. I completed the verification process and got fully verified. The account health team sent an email stating that my account will be reactivated in 48 hrs. It didn't. So i called them & chat with them & opened cases... In short the replies were/are; "We are working on to solve it"..It has been 9 days now and it still remains deactivated, nothing changed. And i am loosing sales every day.

PS: Same thing happened in my Amazon EU zone accounts, and my accounts were immediately reactivated a day after I completed the verification process.

Please help me out !

My products have been sold since 2019, and I have never edited and changed my listing since 2023, but the brand name of my products was changed to someone else's brand in 2024.

I have tried many times to create a case application to restore my brand through seller support, and communicated with seller support staff, but none of them can help me solve the problem. (Case ID:15864008301)
