We're wondering if there would be interest in "just for fun" or more casual conversational threads, within the Seller Forums? We know that sellers share tips and tricks on how to navigate Amazon, but this could be things like:

I am seeking assistance regarding the default delivery time settings on my Amazon listing. I would like to configure my page to display a specific delivery date, rather than a range. For example, my competitor's listing shows a delivery date of November 6, while mine currently indicates a range of 5 to 6 days.

Could you please guide me on how to set a single delivery date for my customers?

As both a buyer and seller on Amazon, I've been dealing with their support nearly every day lately, and it’s been a nightmare.

As a seller, I reached out with a simple question about my account—just trying to understand what they needed from me. I ended up talking to 30 representatives, and guess what? Only three of them could even answer part of my question. I felt like I was being passed around without anyone actually wanting to help.

Then, as a buyer, I noticed some random charges on my account and tried to get an explanation. I went through four reps, and it was a comedy of errors: one kept transferring me to others, one told me to call a different number, and another had a “system problem” and asked me to hang up because she couldn’t search anything on her computer!

Amazon, with your resources and size, I expect so much better than this runaround. We’re talking about basic service here, not rocket science. I know I’m not the only one who’s frustrated—this is something Amazon needs to fix, fast.

Hey everyone,

I'm hoping someone here can help or at least point me in the right direction because I'm really no way. Since last year, all of the funds from store have been held in reserve for no apparent reason.

Our account health is marked "Healthy"—no policy violations, no copyright strikes, no payment method issues, nothing. Everything is up to date and in good standing. I've contacted Seller Support several times, and each time they open a case and transfer it to a different team, but then... nothing. Or just post me the definition, telling me that they can't do this. But it doesn't help at all.

I recently got hijacked with a competing offer on a non-branded item that I sell. Yes, I am aware that it is perfectly legal except I bought his and its nowhere close to what I'm selling. I contacted Amazon to file an abuse claim and here is their response:

"Thank you for your report of a suspected policy violation. We cannot take action on the report as no violation has been identified on the reported ASIN for the violation type selected."

I'm all for a fair competitive market but not when you aren't selling the same product. Pretty soon there will be ton's of negative reviews which will kill its perfect rating. Since I created the listing, I'm bout to delete the pictures and descriptions or possibly modify the product entirely and teach him a lesson. Any advice would be helpful as Amazon doesn't care about these types of selling practices?

About sales restrictions on Bosch brand products

We have been selling Bosch brand products for 2 years. On October 26, we received a notification stating that approximately 7,000 of our products have been delisted. All our invoices are related to products supplied by the official distributors designated by the brand owner, and these products were sold on Amazon. However, without any request for invoices or documents, our products were delisted citing account metrics as the reason. We kindly request your support regarding this matter. We are ready to provide all necessary information and documents. We would like to emphasize again that all products were obtained solely from the authorized official distributors of the brand, and we can provide the necessary documents. Thank you.

Hello- I am looking for help here.. We have been receiving products that returned to us are not our products, we received about 2-3 per week. I have been following the protocal that posted here by Seamod:

Relative facts: when I received the package back and saw it was not our products, I contacted the customer with clear pictures of the item they returned to us by mistake side by side with our products via seller/buyer message. I asked if they would like this item back and please send the correct product to us for a full refund. I have not heard back until weeks later, customer asked for refund but without returning our products. And then they filed A-Z, which was granted in their favor, and ODR is counted against our account. When I submitted an appeal with pictures of the products returned to us, side by side with our product. It is clearly not our product, our store does not sell anything like this. But after sending all the pictures, and communication with the customer via seller/buyer message, A-Z reviewing team still upholds the original decision.

I really not sure how could I handle this, we can't refund the customer because if we did, then we are not eligiable to file the safe-T claim. If we do not refund, customer file A-Z, and it is always granted in their favor and ODR is counted against our account. The ODR rate impacts our account, but we have done our part correctly.. The product returned to us is clearly not from our store..

Could someone from support please look into this order:

Order ID: 113-1327304-2193027 : denied reason "We have reviewed all available information and determined the merchandise for the order was correctly returned and you have received the return. The UPS tracking number is 1ZF2C2469064757348. Because you did not refund the order, the claim amount has been debited from your seller account." - I have pictures of this package showing the tracking# and the product available as evidence that we did not receive the correct item back for this order. Could someone from support please help us? Thank you very much, I appreciate it greatly.

I'm having the same issue. The UPS options are displayed in Amazon buy shipping, but I when I select them and click "Buy Shipping", I get an error.

This has been going on all week. I have to switch to FedEx or USPS and then it works.
