Currently:
Account Level Reserve
-$44,041.31
All 3 cases I've opened have gone unanswered and are perpetually stuck in "Transferred" status:
Case IDs: 16532818961 / 16488910441 / 16361328751
Please help! These are the amounts of "reserves" that can put a small business OUT of business.

Are you a new seller? If not, have you had an increase in sales? Did you receive a performance notification?

I suggest you open another Case and when you do, please ask that your issue be transferred to the newly created reserves and disbursements team. You raised your issue right on the cusp of the change from an old deprecated team in favor of the new team. Please post back and update me.

welcome to the club. I do 500k in sales a month and my reserve is so payouts about 250k a month and they hold half of that. Been a seller for 5 years with no issues and perfect account health. Support doesnt care and they cant disclose why. Just work on getting capitol to support your business. Also any Forum Reps on here will genuinely try to help but they cant do anything either.

i had that before , similar amount...what is was a TRO temporary restraining order. Somebody sued me .
