We used to offer free shipping. We do not offer free shipping anymore. We charge $10 on most items FBM outbound.

When Amazon refunds a customer at first scan, they refund the customer all $10.

When we open a Safe-T-Claim, they say STCs do not cover outbound shipping costs.

Make it make sense.

We don't offer free shipping. The customer is not entitled to that money. Yet Amazon lets them have it every time.

Customer request a refund because she bought the product as a gift and she decided to return it after 55 days. I called customer services, agent ... confirmed customer already got a refund and the product is on the way. Customer will get her money back, I lost the shipping fee and I lost the Amazon fee. All I needed from amazon was to reimburse me the amazon fee, because I am not at fault. I was told, No that's the policy! Honestly, when there is a return and the seller is not at fault, the seller should at least get the amazon fee back. As a newbie, It's very hard to make a few cents on Amazon...

It’s been over 48 hours. I’m just getting started and my account has been restricted for an invalid payment method. I updated it 3 days ago, the payment processed, and I still have no access. There’s still an “Invalid charge method” notice on my account.

Here's a fun one!

The buyer actually WROTE. ON. THE BOX. that they purchased a different unit of the same model and put the new one in the box to return it. My favorite part is how their handwriting is UNDER the LPN label so you know Amazon saw it before processing it for a full refund.

It may not be clear because of the coverings I had to put on the pic, but it says "Purchased New Same Model, Returned in New Box"

Sure enough, this was a switcheroo return and the serial numbers of the unit on the box and the unit returned don't match. Wasn't that kind of them!

Return tracking number reissued, my product refunded

I have an item that requested a refund because it's cheaper elsewhere. They never returned the item, so after 30 days, I closed the request. 110 days after the initial request, I receive an email that the refund is initiated. I checked the tracking, only to see that it is clearly not my item. Myself and the buyer are both in SC, the item was shipped and sent to NY. I filed a SafeT claim, only to be returned a partial refund, not including the return shipping cost. I sent an explanation, along with a copy of the tracking. 3 times they sent the same stupid copy and paste response. Can a mod with a brain please look at this?

Also, what is the purpose of the 30 day return policy if they are going to issue refunds at any point in time?
