I am writing this post with a great deal of anger and frustration. Our Amazon account, which has been in good standing and actively selling products for a long time, has been suddenly closed. This has had a severely negative impact on our business and sales experience on the platform.
We have always operated our account in a legitimate and honest manner. We have provided all the necessary information and documentation during the review process as required. However, to our dismay, we have been continuously rejected without any clear explanation as to why. We have no idea what specific issues they are concerned about, and this lack of transparency is extremely disheartening.
We rely heavily on Amazon as a sales channel, and this sudden account closure has not only disrupted our business operations but also caused significant financial losses. We have invested a great deal of time, effort, and resources into building our brand and customer base on Amazon. Now, all of that seems to be at risk due to this unjust decision.
We sincerely hope that the relevant Amazon teams can pay attention to our situation. We demand a proper explanation for the account closure and a fair chance to rectify any potential issues if there are indeed any. It is only right that we are treated with respect and given clear communication regarding such important matters. We look forward to a prompt and positive resolution to this problem.
