亚马逊库存多收到一个额外的产品

我一个产品本就是8只一箱,结果到亚马逊仓库了说是收到个9只,我就给亚马逊库存提交文件让他们重新调查.

结果调查完,亚马逊仓库说确确实实有9套产品.

好嘛,我标签都是按量打的,货代发货也是确定过数量的,签收单里也写着数量,我都不知道仓库哪里给我变出一套.

然后客户卖到手后,果真发现货不对板:

然后申请退款后,还无法得到赔偿,问了亚马逊在线客服,也说没有渠道申请赔偿.

这也太坑了吧!

这种就像是我明明知道他们做错了,也合理地提出了异议,但是依旧无可奈何等着被坑的感觉,该给的退货费和物流费是一个没少,顾客的差评也无法阻止.关键你还拿他没办法.

I went through the darkest three months of my life. At first I was told it was a global joint account, then I opened it, and then I received an email of video reservation. During the video, I answered all the questions of the auditor truthfully, but within 10 minutes after the video ended, I received a notice that I was involved in fraudulent and illegal activities. I also provided all the documents to prove the authenticity of my identity, but the answer was the same: no one seemed to notice my situation at all, and my inventory was largely removed during this period. I lost all my possessions, but I still want to sell on Amazon, can anyone help me?

I supplied all requested documents over 2 months ago for the INFORM Consumers Act and all have been accepted and have a tick mark next to them.

My account is displaying message: US INFORM Consumers Act - We have successfully completed all open verifications. We appreciate your efforts in supporting this verification process.

I have an open case with seller support about this: case ID: 16972999511

Why has my account not been re-activated or why can't i re-activate myself it if all documents have been accepted?

Furthermore, now all of my stock is begging to be destroyed by amazon due to it being stranded for so long.

This behaviour from amazon is totally unacceptable.

Amazon deactivated my account, stating that my product is inauthentic. However, I source directly from the brand, have a letter of authorization, and provided invoices, LOA, order confirmations, correspondence with the brand, bank statement, and business registration documents.

Amazon keeps rejecting my submissions, saying there’s “not enough information.” The most frustrating part? They have NEVER contacted the brand to confirm my authorization or the authenticity of the ASIN in question.

How can they claim there isn’t enough information if they haven’t even checked with the brand? This is completely unacceptable and unfair.

Has anyone faced this? How did you resolve it? Any advice would help.

Seller Wallet Verification

Hi,

I am an Amazon seller based in Sri Lanka, and I am facing an issue regarding the verification of my business documents. I recently received a response from the Seller Wallet team stating that the document I submitted could not be verified because it needs to be a certificate issued by the Board of Investment (BOI) or the Registrar of Companies (ROC) in Sri Lanka.

I would like to clarify that my business is a partnership—Treeline —and not a company. In Sri Lanka, partnerships are registered with the Provincial Council, not the ROC. The ROC is only responsible for the registration of companies, such as Private Limited and Public Limited entities. As a result, partnerships like mine are not registered under the ROC.

Additionally, the BOI certification are reserved for companies registered under the ROC, which means I am unable to provide a BOI certificate for my partnership.

Given this, I kindly request guidance on how to resolve this issue. Is there an alternative form of documentation I can submit to verify my partnership business, considering the legal structure of partnerships in Sri Lanka does not require registration under the ROC?

For further clarification:

Partnership: A business structure where two or more individuals manage and operate a business together. Partnerships in Sri Lanka are registered with the Provincial Council.

Company: A legal entity that is registered under the ROC, such as Private Limited or Public Limited companies.

The Companies Act of Sri Lanka (Sections 3 and 6), also clarifies that only companies are registered with the ROC, not partnerships. For more information, you can refer to the official ROC website.

Regardless of giving all this information, Amazon Support keeps asking me to get a Certificate from ROC for Business Registration, which isn't legal in my Country for Partnership and Sole Proprietor Businesses. So it is really frustrating at this point of time that a solution for this is not given.

A customer bought an item from my store. we call the customer A. A emailed and requested return it back without any reason and ask seller to shoulder the shipping back fee, more than $300. I asked if the item broken or parts missing, A replied NO, even never open the box. I refused A's request and claimed that seller doesn't shoulder the shipping back fee with non-quality return.

Then, A left a 1 star feedback like "I tried to send this back because I didnt get all the pieces to this product and you were no help. now I have something I cant put together never again". Hold on...A said there is nothing missing in email but now, said didn't got all pieces? Waht is A's problem? I appeal and denied. I appealed again and denied again. It's ridiculous and so obviously scam but can't remove the feedback!

I need a moderator help please. Hope you guys check our messages and give me a FAIR resolution.

Rejected my video and NO email reply to my appeal

I've uploaded a video with a pet bed and a cat for my product detail page. Amazon rejected it saying it has nudity and sexual content. It has not.

Amazon Support Partner asked me to email to Community Help to appeal the rejection. It's been a week but there's no reply at all, not even an email receipt acknowledgment. What could I do?

It takes really too long for Amazon to response to something even simple, to feedback honestly.
