I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring attention to a pressing issue that many of us sellers face: the exorbitant shipping costs imposed by UPS and Amazon partner carriers for small parcel deliveries.

As a seller with a range of products, including batches of 100 to 200 items per shipment, I have noticed a significant increase in fees across various categories. These include regional fees, delivery charges, and inbound transportation costs, which collectively add a substantial burden to our operational expenses.

While we understand the complexities of logistics and the need for fair pricing, the current structure disproportionately affects smaller sellers like myself. It limits our ability to offer competitive pricing and hampers our profitability on the platform.

I urge Amazon and its carrier partners to reconsider these pricing policies and explore more cost-effective solutions for small parcel deliveries. Lowering these fees would not only benefit individual sellers but also contribute to a more vibrant marketplace where all sellers, regardless of size, can thrive.

For over a substantial amount of years, our company has only had one shipment facility FTW1. However, now Amazon is wanting us to ship to 9 other facilities. Some of which have only ordered 1 unit. Shipping one or small amounts of units is unrealistic and is far from cost effective, and we lose profits. I've sent in multiple cases about the issue and i get the same answer of "we cant control where your items go". They state they want the customer to receive the goods "faster" but if the PO has a small number of units..... the customer has a higher chance of not receiving the item at all, because now, the PO will be cancelled.

Why does Amazon charge product fees over shipping costs? I ship from Canada, and the shipping costs are high. These are expenses, not earnings
