I'm once again having problems getting A+ Premium to unlock, now for the brand "Sunday Afternoons". Qualified for over the past 2 weeks, but still not being shown access for A+ Premium. Seller Support has been of no help as usual and are refusing to escalate it to leadership.

Hope all is well. I need urgent assistance/help on a issue. My account was deactivated 2 weeks ago, due to INFORM Act verification process. I completed the verification process and got fully verified. The account health team sent an email stating that my account will be reactivated in 48 hrs. It didn't. So i called them & chat with them & opened cases... In short the replies were/are; "We are working on to solve it"..It has been 9 days now and it still remains deactivated, nothing changed. And i am loosing sales every day.

PS: Same thing happened in my Amazon EU zone accounts, and my accounts were immediately reactivated a day after I completed the verification process.

Please help me out !

My products have been sold since 2019, and I have never edited and changed my listing since 2023, but the brand name of my products was changed to someone else's brand in 2024.

I have tried many times to create a case application to restore my brand through seller support, and communicated with seller support staff, but none of them can help me solve the problem. (Case ID:15864008301)

SP-API malfunction

Sp-api is malfunctioning, we received a confirmation mail from dev-reg-vetting@amazon.com, Thu, 06 Mar 2025 5:25:31 PM. Confirming the approval of profile but none of it has been reflected in the profile page

We've tried reaching out through Seller Central Help, but there has been no response or progress.

Our main case ID is 17358385211.

Dear Amazon FBA Logistic Team

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding a shipment I sent to Amazon in September 2024. It has been months, and I have yet to receive any update or resolution on this matter. This is utterly unacceptable, and I demand immediate action.

According to what my carrier told me, the appointment information updated at 10/16/2024/ 18:00EDT, the appointmentID is 77089034979. It's been a long time ago. But I still haven't received the goods, and there's no investigation being opened, let alone compensation. It's just 38PCS! Why so difficult?

Despite numerous follow-ups and requests for updates, your team has done nothing but delay the investigation process. Every time I contact support, I am given vague responses, empty promises, and no concrete answers. This is not the level of service I expected from a company of Amazon’s reputation. Not happy with it.

FBA Dangerous Goods Program and inventory

Question 1: We have a batch of ASINs of the same model and composition which have been successfully classified as “DANGEROUS GOOD PROGRAM FULFILLABLE” after submitting the SDS documents and added to the FBA Dangerous Goods Program waiting list. And they have been added to the FBA Dangerous Goods Program waiting list.

REQUEST 1: We would like to know how long it will take to send inventory to Amazon?

Question 2: One of our ASINs was able to sell by FBA about a month ago and we have sent inventory to Amazon.But it was suddenly re-reviewed. And it is now classified as unfulfillable Dangerous Goods (Hazmat) and is not eligible for sale through the Amazon fulfillment network. Yesterday customer service told us that the inventory we sent before may be destroyed by Amazon.

REQUEST 2: We would like to request that the inventory not be destroyed and request an alternate method of processing such as a return. If it can be returned, where will the inventory be returned to?

The review has taken us a long time. We have lost a lot of money and are in a real hurry. We can provide valid SDS documents that have been certified by customer service. We would appreciate any help you can give us.

How to get help with a complicated refund?

Hey everyone, Last year in September, we sent an item into FBA that was expirable. This item sells 75% of it in December. It is a food item that expires in 07/2025. Amazon took until mid-November to process the item for receiving. It then sold around 10 units before it was shut off. The explanation was that it had to transfer to Fulfillment Centers.

We were then told it wasn't going to be available for sale until December 24th. This means our best-selling ASIN in December would miss out on the best weeks. Then, we were told we could potentially get refunded for at least some of these units since they were supposed to be for sale.

No response from Amazon or our growth consultant for months, and then the item magically started selling in February of this year.

How should we go about getting this fixed? We will be out tens of thousands of dollars of inventory that will go bad if we don't get a refund for this. Does anyone have any ideas?

My Myrrh resin listing was recently flagged and removed by Amazon, citing concerns related to synthetic cannabinoids or restricted chemicals. However, Myrrh resin is a completely natural aromatic substance with a long history of traditional use.

Other sellers have also reported similar issues, despite the fact that Myrrh is not a synthetic product and has been used for centuries in incense, meditation, and cultural practices. Meanwhile, other natural resins like Frankincense remain available without restriction.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Why is Myrrh resin being misclassified, and is there a way to resolve it? Let’s discuss.
