Good day everyone, hope you are selling well on Amazon.
Please give me 3 minutes to look at my problem with Amazon.
I am a professional seller starting in 2022.
On January 28th 2025, your system asked for business address verification.
The verification code was sent by mail to my address. I waited 5 days then I received it. I entered the verification code and your system said that ( your address has successfully verified)
I waited 2 days but still my listing was NOT BUYABLE.
I opened (account info) then I found that my account is not active. When I click (reactivate account), it directs me to another page that says ( your account is successfully activated) Although my account is still not active!!!
I contacted help center MANY MANY MANY times by mail, by phone call, by chat and I got the same answer which is not related to my issue at all. every time the help center agent says, can you send me a screenshot of the whole screen with the time stamp. I sent it and then I got the same answer template after 1 day that "we can not verify your account, why does this happen because ...........etc"
I even tried to change my address to get a new result and even to get a new mail code. but this also did not work because I got another message from your system says ( we can not do your request because your account is under verification!!!)
And obviously Amazon does not provide any way to complain or to contact you and I only contact some third party agents who have no clue what's going on and can not help at all.
After all of this, Amazon charged me the monthly professional fees.
PLEASE PLEASE can anyone just look at my case with some MERCY and find a solution for my case??!!!! I lose money every hour as I can not sell nor can I do sponsored ads on Amazon.
Please raise it to someone in the technical department to see where the problem is.
