I am selling an intermediate pipe, which is positioned after the catalytic converter. According to Amazon's policy, as well as EPA and CARB regulations, the sale of this item is allowed. Both agencies clearly state that parts located after the catalytic converter are classified as "cat-back" components, which do not require an EO number.

Despite this, my product has been flagged as a restricted item. I have provided Amazon with a detailed manual diagram to support my case, yet my appeal continues to be ignored. Instead, I receive automated responses from Seller Support, without any proper review of my submission.

As a major seller on Walmart, eBay, and Amazon, this issue has severely impacted my account health. The problem stems from Amazon's lack of automotive knowledge, as my product is not a defeat device. Defeat devices are those that alter or interfere with a vehicle’s emissions control system, whereas my intermediate pipe does not affect emissions in any way.

I need to address this issue urgently, but Amazon’s automated responses are preventing a proper resolution.

I received a notification stating "Your account is at risk of deactivation" due to pending verification under the INFORM Consumers Act, specifically for Tax Verification.

However, my Tax Information section in Seller Central clearly shows: "Tax information is complete." Despite this, the system still indicates that Tax Verification is in progress, and the warning message has remained on my account for several days.

To resolve this, I submitted the required documents again more than a week ago, but the issue remains. I also contacted Amazon Seller Support (CASE ID: 17242342261), but have yet to receive a resolution.

After checking the Seller Forum, I found that many others are experiencing the same problem.

Has anyone successfully resolved this? Also, if any Amazon representatives are here, could you confirm if this is a known technical issue and provide an update?

My issue exactly matches another answered issue with positive resolution, so submitting for help as closely as possible.

The buyer left me a negative feedback as follows:

Your Response: All books offer free economy shipping. Customer referencing next day air shipping which is available, but completely optional. The item comes with free shipping. how ever the buyer chose an expedited UPS second Day Air shipping service.We shipped the item as instructed UPS Next Day Air shipping service. Shipping was purchased though Amazon Buy shipping and was shipped on time with the proper scans etc. the ship date for this order was February 2 and was received by UPS on the 3rd delivered on the 5th so she even lied about the package being lateI requested feedback removal and was denied. I appealed and denied again. I need a moderator to request a human look at this review and since the shipping was purchased though Amazon buy shipping and this feedback has nothing to do with their customer experience since Amazon handles taking the order and checking the customer out this feedback is not related to me but Amazon experience. I successfully completed the INFORM Consumers re-verification in October 2024. However, I now see the status Tax Verification (In Progress) along with the warning: "Your account is at risk of deactivation."

I have not received any emails or notifications regarding this. Based on forum discussions, many sellers are experiencing the same issue, and unfortunately, some accounts have already been deactivated.

I opened a case on February 17 (Case ID: 17229058711), but I have not received a response yet.

I proceeded with same last year information for my Inform Consumer Act few days back.Then Suddenly I got a warning 'Your account is at risk of deactivation' and Tax Id verification is in progress and nothing you can do but only wait. So much is invested and waiting is not easy as every supplier would agree on.I made a call and support said, there is a technical error and you just needed to wait for 72 hrs.Anyone here with same situation been resolved??

We want to inform fellow sellers about our recent experience with 6amrun LLC (Delaware) regarding order fulfillment. Our company placed a 5k wholesale order for Pre-Workout Powder, but only a small portion of the units was shipped to Amazon warehouse. Despite six months of follow-ups, the remaining inventory has not been delivered.

While we have attempted to resolve the issue through multiple communication channels, we have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. This has caused operational disruptions and financial impact on our business.

We encourage sellers to exercise due diligence when selecting suppliers. Checking reviews on BBB, Trustpilot, and industry forums can help make informed sourcing decisions. For those encountering similar fulfillment challenges, we recommend reaching out to BBB, or relevant consumer protection agencies to report the issue.

We would like to know how Amazon FBA unpacks the goods upon their arrival at the Amazon warehouse, how the goods are scanned and counted after being unpacked, and how the goods are distributed to various sub-warehouses after the counting process. Assuming the goods are clothing items packaged in polythene plastic bags, what type of container is used during the distribution process?

I recently received this as a seller feedback and Amazon support refuses to remove this even though it is entirely a product review. I went through feedback remover and got automated response denial immediately then responded back and they denied again with a canned response and now the case is not able to be reopened. This is not only a stupid product review but is obviously entirely a product review because they are mad that the item they bought cost was not free... Please moderators you are my only hope to remove this seller feedback... Case number 17236318891
