Dear Amazon Seller Support,
I am writing to report a fraudulent order activity that clearly demonstrates abuse of Amazon’s return and replacement policies.
Here are the details of the case:
• Original Order ID: 114-2284027-8779444 (Placed on April 13 at 13:11)
• Replacement Order ID: 113-3063385-6331446 (Placed on April 14 at 07:46 — less than 19 hours later)
• Refund Request Date for Original Order: April 15
This buyer placed a replacement order in less than 19 hours after the original purchase, and then immediately applied for a refund on the first order. This is a classic tactic to obtain a product for free — something I have unfortunately encountered multiple times in the past. However, in this case, the timing and urgency of the actions make the abuse especially blatant and infuriating.
I believe this is a clear violation of Amazon’s policies and an intentional exploitation of the system. I respectfully request your team to review this case, investigate the buyer’s behavior, and consider flagging their account for potential abuse.
Such behavior not only damages sellers like myself, but also undermines the integrity of the Amazon marketplace.
