I am writing to seek further guidance regarding the issue of demonstrating the authenticity of our inventory.
We have already submitted all the necessary documentation, including our U.S. brand trademark certificate, sur B/L, CI, PL, customs clearance documents, and business license. However, we received the following response: "In order to demonstrate the authenticity of your inventory, provide information about where you source your products that would demonstrate that they are genuine products."
We manufacture the products ourselves, not source them. What additional certificates or documentation would be required in this case? Do we need to submit the manufacturing process flowchart additionally?
At this point, we are unsure how else we can prove the authenticity of our products. The Seller Support team recommended that we contact the Brand Registry team, but the representatives have been unable to resolve this issue.
We would greatly appreciate your advice on what additional steps or documents may be required to satisfy this request.
