I am writing to seek further guidance regarding the issue of demonstrating the authenticity of our inventory.

We have already submitted all the necessary documentation, including our U.S. brand trademark certificate, sur B/L, CI, PL, customs clearance documents, and business license. However, we received the following response: "In order to demonstrate the authenticity of your inventory, provide information about where you source your products that would demonstrate that they are genuine products."

We manufacture the products ourselves, not source them. What additional certificates or documentation would be required in this case? Do we need to submit the manufacturing process flowchart additionally?

At this point, we are unsure how else we can prove the authenticity of our products. The Seller Support team recommended that we contact the Brand Registry team, but the representatives have been unable to resolve this issue.

We would greatly appreciate your advice on what additional steps or documents may be required to satisfy this request.

Can not reactivate my account

Amazon seller error every time I try to reactivate my account as per the automated email I receive, I go to notifications I press the submit document button and get "We cannot process your request You are currently undergoing another verification. Please retry once the verification is completed." going in circles with the specialist team customer service getting the same generic email response.

A book that I had shipped to a customer via USPS media mail over a month ago was unexpectedly returned to me. Amazingly, the buyer had never contacted me despite how late the order was. I immediately initiated a full refund to the buyer, but was unable to send a message to them explaining what had happened because all of the options for sending were grayed out. The one available reason was for courtesy refunds but can't be edited. That's just ridiculous. I have no idea why Amazon tightened the rules on communications, and I know that happened a while ago, but there really needs to be a way to get legitimate messages to customers. I have the person's address. What am I supposed to do? Write them a letter? Google their phone number? [sigh]

Last night 1,323 listings deactivated

1,323 Marvel Comics listings were deactivated, all saying the same thing: You need approval to list in this brand. 99% of my Marvel Comics listings are at least 10 years old, I do not sell new comics, I do not have invoices from the last 6 months. All the time I have spent posting these comic books to Amazon is now wasted. Hundreds of hours invested are now gone.

REMOVE MY INVENTORY

Since my account has been deactivated, I need to remove all my inventory. Most of the inventory I have already removed by creating removal order, but there are still hundreds of products that I can't remove. When I create a removal order, some of the inventory can be created for removal, but then it gets canceled by Amazon, like in image 1. Most of the inventory can't even create a removal order, like in image 2.

Does anyone know what I have to do to remove all the inventory?

I sell videogames mostly older/retro where every game will have listings with varying conditions. It used to be that buy box would only be for a condition of "very good" or better. Now it seems that even "acceptable" condition is now getting the buy box sometimes. What's going on with that? Usually "acceptable" condition typically means that it's going to be disc/cartridge/game only, so having that as the buy box when the pictures of course on the listing usually always show it coming with the case and what not is going to potentially cause a good amount of issues.

I can already see the influx of returns when customers get their games in a generic case or just a paper sleeve when they were expecting to at least get the original case with it. Even if the seller does post pictures or says that it'll be only the game, we all know that refund will be approved in half a second.

This comes into question, what/who is this change for? Certainly not for the customer(s) as this will undoubtedly cause confusion and frustration for them. Not sure how it would be good for sellers either, usually the games in "acceptable" condition are ones that have pretty low profit margins and having to pay for the return shipping on any of them usually results in a net loss.

You can type in the exact name of our product which has 4.5 star rating, and sold thousands over the years.. but Amazon will place the competition's products [china made mostly] before ours. Sales have decreased over 50% over the last few years.

Amazon doesn't reward hard work and good products, but those who will pay them off to place their items at the top of the search.

Combining current listings into variations

I have been trying to combine some of my current listings into variations but each time I upload the sheet I get errors. I have read all the articles and followed the examples. They are the same brand and type of item just different colors or prints. Can someone share a good example of a sheet that uploaded correctly? I am not trying to create a new product, just combine current.
