How CQE works

Amazon Business customers provide details including quantity, target price, desired delivery date, and their deadline. Amazon sends this information to sellers participating in the Custom Quote program.

As a part of the program, you’ll get a Seller Central notification when quote requests come in, with opportunities to respond to these bulk purchase requests. Click through to the Manage Quotes page in B2B Central to view and respond to the requests. You can offer a quote, or you can ignore the request if it’s not right for you.

Amazon UK - Unable to change my address Country

I registered my account with the wrong address. While all other marketplaces were able to update my address, Amazon UK insists that I must activate my account to make any changes. However, I cannot activate the account because the company information I initially provided is incorrect.

All my cases are now automatically closed, I'm unable to get in touch with anybody with the ability to simply change my address to reflect my business document.

P.S: I haven't sold a single product on the platform, I got suspended from day 1, without the option to change my address in Amazon UK, all other marketplace have collaborated with me.

I've done my share of ranting about inconsistent SAFE-T Claim decisions, and I appreciate moderators who have assisted in getting many of them reversed. Over the last 6 months, I've seen a dramatic improvement. Denied claims are now few and far between. It feels like Amazon made a sincere effort to improve SAFE-T Claim consistency.

I just received my first denial in months, and it's the same old problem. The agent insisted the item was eligible for free return shipping and last worded my case. The claim amount is negligible, but I'm asking for moderator assistance out of principle. The employee who last-worded me did not follow Amazon's return shipping policy. To make matters worse, I was directed to Amazon Help pages that were irrelevant or clearly stated that I should have been eligible for a return shipping reimbursement.

Here are the details.

SAFE-T Claim ID 45523-08711-1979413

As I previously noted, the claim was denied because the item was supposedly eligible for free returns. I appealed because this was a merchant-fulfilled listing that did not display the Free Return Shipping badge.

The first response to my claim included the following statement.

The issue you reported is not covered by the Prepaid Returns for Seller Fulfilled Order program. The item you requested reimbursement for return label cost is eligible for free returns. For more information about Amazon’s return policies, visit "Return Costs":

Ironically, that customer-facing page states that the buyer's return may be eligible for free returns. It does not state that it is eligible.

The page also contains a link providing buyers with more information. It instructs them to look for "Free returns" next to the price to confirm that their item qualifies. My listing does not display the Free Returns badge, and I sent a screenshot to prove it.

I also sent a screenshot from Amazon Help that states sellers can deduct return shipping for "buyer-fault" returns. This was such a return. The buyer claimed the item was late, but carrier tracking shows that it was delivered 3 days earlier than promised. Her return reason should have been "no longer needed," which is a buyer-fault return. I was entitled to deduct the return shipping from her refund.

Thanks to any moderator who will look into this.

I had made a Brand registry application with the case ID number of 16663778361 on 11/14/2024. However, I had made a mistake giving that the trademark registry number is 2023/137725. We have a product which amazon has always limited how much inventory space that we can have ( it is an aerosol) So it is always showing low inventory even when we have added as much a amazon will allow. We ship in product 2 and 3 times per week to try to keep in stock, Now we are getting charged a low inventory fee which is almost 10 percent of revenue because of amazon restrictions.

We have talked ot people at amazon to recitfy but after paying $7000 in low inventory fees when we have product to ship and are tyring to ship i am pretty frustrated that amazon has essentially just created a way to kill the profitability on one of out top skus

who is the person at amazon that will either allow us to get more inventory space or will remove the fees?

I have been actively preparing my documents since I received the need to submit compliance documents, but I have not received a response since I submitted them. This has had a significant impact on my product sales. Is it reasonable that the compliance audit team should actively help sellers to deal with this kind of problem, instead of not reviewing them all the time?
