A buyer left a comment saying that he thinks the product he bought is not original, because it does not look like the product he already had at home. Amazon simply deleted my product, claiming it was a non-original product. I sent my proof, the purchase receipt for the product, proving that it was an original product. They denied it. What should I do? Is there any other evidence I can send to prove the originality of my product?

When I first started selling products on Amazon, I had no idea what difficulties I would have to face.

For the past two years, I have been selling my product, a baby bassinet. The product is certified and has all the necessary documents that were uploaded to Amazon at the start of sales.

A week ago, my product was blocked. However, there were no warnings in the Account Health page. No messages were received in the mail either. The listing of a product with a stock of several tens of thousands of dollars was simply blocked without explanation and warnings.

After a few days of calls to technical support, we managed to get information that the product had been recalled. We still do not understand the reason for this, but on the same day we provided a letter from the supplier (Letter of Compliance). The case has been pending for a week now.

I'm afraid that the case will be pending for several months. In this case, as far as I understand, I will have to pay for the storage of my goods in the Amazon warehouse. I am afraid to imagine how much I will have to pay Amazon for its inability to promptly verify information. I want to know if there are any ways to speed up the consideration of cases? Can I avoid paying for the storage of goods in a warehouse if the goods are restricted for sale due to Amazon's fault due to an erroneous product recall?

You can type in the exact name of our product which has 4.5 star rating, and sold thousands over the years.. but Amazon will place the competition's products [china made mostly] before ours. Sales have decreased over 50% over the last few years.

Amazon doesn't reward hard work and good products, but those who will pay them off to place their items at the top of the search.

Amazon should be advertising more now and trying to make up for the recent public policy choices Amazon has made. They should be 100% business focused and more neutral on other things.

3rd party seller paying for storefronts monthly deserve more effort to advertise positively. 3rd party sellers must pay additional high seller fees on every sales transaction. Frustrating that Amazon sales are down and very little product views are coming through now from the latest boycotts and tariff chaos. Seems Amazon does not care.

These ASIN were taken down because they were misidentified as license plate covers, frames, or spray that blocks or obscures a license plate frame from photo detection. These items are novelty license plates sourced from Smart Blonde. I don't know what items blocks from detection. I don't sell or have ever sold such items. These items were taken down in error. I am asking to remove these marks against my account and reactive these listings.

Absolutely terrible Tech Support. Please help!

Long story short:

I have few products deactivated due to incorrect bullet points (as per Account Health Support). I have fixed all the violations and the notification from the Account Health have disappeared but products are not activated. I was giving hundreds calls to Account Health and they say I need to talk to Seller Support team.. When I get in touch with seller support team - they say I need to talk to account health team. Back and forth.. So tired. No-one of the teams wants to help me. I am very tired of this. Please help. Case ID: 17396576951

Hi everyone,

I wanted to reach out to see if anyone else is experiencing some confusion regarding the Safe-T Claims process, specifically related to overcharged return shipping labels.

Historically, there was a clear option to file Safe-T claims for overcharged return shipping labels under the selection "I was overcharged for the label." However, I've recently run into some inconsistencies where claims of this nature are being denied, with the explanation that "All calculation methods and fees, including surcharges and adjustments, are set by the respective carriers, not Amazon. Amazon simply passes the information on to you for your convenience."

What’s even more confusing is that some of these claims are still being approved, which has left me uncertain about the current policy. I’ve reached out to Amazon for clarification, but it’s been challenging since there doesn’t seem to be a designated department overseeing Safe-T claims. The Safe-T Claims department is the only one involved, but unfortunately, they are not reachable, and when I message them, I get the same canned response every time.

Has anyone else noticed this discrepancy, or are you experiencing any inconsistencies with Safe-T claims related to shipping label overcharges? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
