deleted my product, claiming it was a non-original product.

A buyer left a comment saying that he thinks the product he bought is not original, because it does not look like the product he already had at home. Amazon simply deleted my product, claiming it was a non-original product. I sent my proof, the purchase receipt for the product, proving that it was an original product. They denied it. What should I do? Is there any other evidence I can send to prove the originality of my product?

Basic questions:

What are you selling?

Where did you source your inventory?

Do you have permission FROM THE BRAND to sell their products on Amazon?

Is your account deactivated? Or you just has one ASIN removed?

You need an invoice not a receipt from a verifiable supplier and most likely authorization from the brand you were trying to sell.
