🔍 Key Details:

The Brand Registry partner team has been listening to feedback from our sellers and understand that the image guidelines for Brand Registry applications can be challenging to navigate. Because of this, they will update the Brand Registry Application Guide, a step-by-step guideline that details the enrollment process through self-service registration, to include a new section on product image guidelines.

Our partner team will be reviewing the questions that come in throughout the day (as well as those submitted in advance), and we’ll do our best to respond as soon as possible during the day of the event. For this specific event, here’s a list of sample questions you can ask the Brand Registry team:

  • How many photos do have to submit during the Brand Registry application process?
  • I don’t have the product yet with my brand name, could I use a computer generated image for the application?

discussion. Hey everyone, hoping someone here has advice or has been in a similar situation. I know... rookie mistake.

I accidentally sent two FBA shipments to Amazon without printing FBA labels and without confirming the shipment in Seller Central. I got as far as the page that shows the warehouse address, and just... sent the parcels. So I don’t have a shipment ID or confirmation in my account.

Now the shipments have definitely been delivered—I’ve got clear photo proof, delivery confirmation, and even a signature from the receiving end. But when I contact Amazon support, they keep asking for the shipment ID... which I don’t have because I never finalized the process.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Any idea how I can escalate this or get Amazon to help locate these shipments without a shipment ID? I just want to make sure my inventory isn't lost in the void.

Any help or advice would be massively appreciated!

Just signed up to sell with Amazon and so far the whole experience has been an absolute nightmare. From initial sign-up to getting verified and re-verified, then having to verify payment with all EU countries with my credit card which Barclaycard is now screaming at me for possible fraud so had to reply to them to unblock my card!. After all this fuss I eventually managed to choose the option to list a new product and I thought finally!! or so I thought!

So far 6 attempts and it's still not listing. Having gone through the whole process every single time there is always an exclamation mark which needs attention so I solve one and move on to the next. It has taken me an hour so far to just list one item and still no luck. I eventually got to the last screen to submit and now Amazon has gone back to the first screen stating that they had found a better product category listing for my item! No the one I had selected was perfectly fine!! so instead of giving me the option of confirming my own product category it comes back with two which bears no relation to my listing! Regardless of which either one then completely clears all the form listing and I have lost everything! I have now gone back 3 times and it does exactly the same thing! I GIVE UP!!

Seriously compared to eBay who the hell designed this system. This is one of the worst selling platforms I have come across.

I changed my listing title and triggered an automated listing closure. Amazon made my listing inactive as they thought I had a healthcare product (it is actually a probiotic floor cleaner). Thanks to the help of people on this forum, I am now active again.

For some reason, since the re-activation I have had only 1 sale. I usually have between 5-9 sales consistently per day.

I also usually see around 3000 impressions per day, but only seeing less than 500 impressions a day now.

I have raised a case and they say I am searchable.

Account health absolutely fine.

Running the same campaigns as always.

I just shipped 500 more pieces to Amazon so have a ridiculous amount of money tied up with now sales.

Can anyone suggest anything?

Verify Establishment for Value Added Tax (VAT)

Amazon have had my account pending since March 2025.

I have provided them with everything and there's still no progress on the verification.

First:

They deactivated my FBA listings unprovoked. They made my disbursements fail.

Second:

I lost out on sales for mothers day week which Amazon will NEVER reimburse me for.

Around first week of April, I went through a business address verification and my FBA listings went live again and disbursements were available.

I requested a disbursement on the 3rd of April. That payment has now gone missing as it never came to my bank account and it didn't come back to my seller account.

I have emailed kyc-drtax-verification@amazon.co.uk, Vatsubmit@amazon.com with no solution except 'wait'.

There's no explanation as to where my money has gone, the laugh of this is that I missed a VAT deadline for payment with HMRC because amazon are withholding my funds from me.

I have now emailed managingdirector@amazon.co.uk for this to get speeded up now as I've lost patience.

The only thing left to give amazon is a blood test, I'm this 🤏 close emailing them it.

Can the amazon mods on here help me?

I noticed in my transactional view that I'm paying 2% of FBA fee AND 2% of SOA for the digital service fee?

For a start what is SOA, and how come I'm being charged both? I thought the digital service fee was just 2% of FBA and thats it?

My account was deactivated and no matter how many times i appeal and state that i dodnt own any affiliate accounr,it remains the same status.

How can i get in contact with customer care team to know to to reactivate my accout? I seem to be getting nowhere with this and no other explanation is being offere

A New Thing We Have to Watch For ?

So this is a new one for us, received an email notification for an FBM order saying "order refunded not received"

I have gone on and checked the order, there is no email from the customer regarding anything, no return request, no complaint, no A to Z nothing.

And someone in Amazon has just straight out and gone and gave the customer a full refund on the item, which was Sent with full tracking and has a delivery image from Royal Mail.

Is this the new norm ? as if so we will need to scrutinise every single return.

My understanding is that in that instance for an FBM order, where the customer is claiming non delivery we at least get the option to speak to them and try and advise them where their item is.

However, it now appears that Amazon are just going to start issuing refunds with no contact for the seller.

So you could literally sell an item and find it refunded with Zero explanation ?

How as a seller do you even know how to claim then ? at least with an A to Z claim you can try and prove the item was delivered, even if the A to Z team never agree.

But this seems to be a new slippery slope we have not encountered before. @Seller_TSXM2A5nxWSuHany Comment please ? 203-4331202-5324302

We had NO contact from the customer at all, no email, nothing and your customer service reps have issued a refund for an item sent with full tracking and a delivery image too boot ?
