Approval to sell

I have provided with invoice from supplier for approval to sell products on Amazon. However, request was rejected because they could not verify the Supplier information. What can I do?

Did you buy from a proper recognised wholesaler?

And are you listing on the right listings as some of yours have the wrong brand
