I have a French company and I sell to the United States, so the number I need to provide is the siret number, but how do I know that the document has been sent?

I submitted my tax ID but it still appears “in progress”, how long does the verification process take?

WE SHIPPED ON TIME, it was SCANNED in TIME.. and it was delivered one day late by USPS.. NOT OUR PROBLEM!!!! yet we are hit with OTDR showing the item was late... WHAT GIVES>

Could you also help me? I was charged $27,206.00 last December 2024 for a transaction named "Other" and "Others" for Product Details.

What I observed was the "Other" charge has the same amount my previous Account level reserve Amount(October settlement Periods) $27,206.00

I don't think what the support on the case I created says is right.

1. "Corrections issued by Amazon to remedy an account discrepancy, Charges associated with A-to-z Guarantee claims or Subscription fees,"

2. "It can be any of these or amount accumulated from previous transactions that can not be charged doe to insufficient sales."

My account got Deactivated for more than nine months and just got reactivated last week. I don't think any of those explanations fit.

Is there anyone having issues doing Amazon Posts? We've been trying to create post but when we put in the ASIN, it always says that the ASIN is not valid.

I am selling generic. A month ago I launched a sling bag. The campaign is running daily based on 2 or 3 clicks on it. But the buyer dont buy it. The price is very low.Anyone can please explain what is problem or my product is generic.

Anyone else getting this message recently when trying to locate alleged missing units from shipments into FBA?

"you sent with shipment FBA18KPG1Z8P have arrived at our fulfillment center as an unexpected FNSKU when compared to your shipping plan. Unfortunately, we are unable to recover the physical inventory of the located item at this time, due to the error in shipment plan creation. We are unable to reimburse or reconcile the discrepancies you have asked to investigate for these items because of the error."

I have been sending in product for for about 8 years and have never received this. Now twice in the last week I have received this. Is this Amazons new way to not pay for losing inventory?

Hopefully this will help get my claim somewhere.

First shipment was B0048IFCRG- sent a case pack of 12 direct from the manufacturer. They claim 6 units were good and 6 were a different FNSKU but they cannot locate those 6 to prove they were something different and refuse to reimburse us. Asked for a call back over a week ago with no response and a open case still

Second shipment was FBA18KPG1Z8P- Sent in 3 units in this box. I have been sending this item in for over a year with no issues. They claim they received a different FNSKU but cannot locate the item to prove to me what they claim to have received.

I have been facing an ongoing issue with separating child listings from parent listings on Amazon US. Even though the inventory shows the items as separated, the child ASINs are still linked to the parent listing. When I switch to a detached listing, I still see all the other product variations.

Despite multiple attempts to get help from Amazon support, the problem persists.

Has anyone encountered this problem and found a solution? Any advice or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.

Is anyone else have trouble creating a shipment?

We have tried different SKUS and keep getting an error message -

Can you please help with the below case number. This is our first shipment to AWD and it's still not been booked in after two months.

We have shipped hundreds of shipments to FBA over the years with no issue and we thought we will try AWD to save costs. We desperately need this shipment booked into stock.

An appointment was made, stock was delivered. Email correspondence from Amazon provided. We need support to cooperate with us.
