US Postal Service head DeJoy to step down after 5 years marked by pandemic, losses and cost cuts. <---for article, google that

Dude personally destroyed USPS. Used to get Priority mail across the country in 2-3 days, and you could file for claims on lost packages.

Now even Amazon's own shipping algo knows that Priority takes a week or more, and if a package gets lost, good luck navigating the appeals process.

It was sad to see the mighty USPS crippled by this loser. Hope he rots, and hope we get someone who was ACTUALLY A POSTAL EMPLOYEE AT ONE TIME IN THEIR LIFE

I received "risk of deactivation" banner due to INFORM Act Tax Verification. It was 9 days ago and it is still on "Tax Verification (In Progress)". I have already opened a case with ID:17235837021 and it says "Pending Amazon Action". Now there is a Regulatory Compliance warning to resolve this issue while I have submitted the required documents and was verified successfully. It seems like many sellers have problems with this and have not found a concrete solution.

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone can help or share any insights. My shipment was delivered to the IUSP AWD facility on February 9 (POD confirmed by Amazon), but it still hasn’t been checked in or updated in Seller Central. I know the usual turnaround is 2-4 business days, but I’m well past that now.

I’ve been getting conflicting responses from Seller Support:

•First, I was told it was received, but the status wasn’t updated.

•Then, I was told the delivery was canceled by Amazon.

•Later, I was told it was received again.

•Despite having a POD from Amazon dated February 9, I was then told it was due to be delivered on February 16—which makes no sense.

So, from being told it was checked in, to canceled, to having a signed POD, then suddenly being told it hasn’t arrived yet, you can see how confusing this has been.

I’ve escalated multiple times, but I still don’t have a clear answer on whether my shipment was received or not.

This is my first time using AWD, and I really wanted it to be a good solution, but this experience has been frustrating. I’d really appreciate any advice or if anyone else has faced something similar.

so we have been fighting w Amazon every time this point of the year comes around, Amazon tells me our prices are too high.

This is a 5 yard unit. $50 x 5 =$250.00 … plus 25-50$ shipping. Means we barely break even. And has taken 5 years to raise prices from 39 to 50. Yet still Amazon gives us BS “ no reference price available “ we have min biz high and offer price. Plus listing prices. OF COURSE no reference price. We are the price setter. WE MAKE THE FABRIC. WE PRICE IT.

How the heck are we supposed to run a biz if we can’t set a price people pay our prices we sell superior fabric. We have NO problem selling this fabric to top design firms the world over, and they pay 25% more vs what we sell it for on Amazon Yet Amazon thinks they know how to run OUR business.

I got a message from support He passed it to specialist but still not resolve it yet.

I found there are many same issue with me from other sellers.

Could Amazon support check my case and adv what i have to do?.

Example...

Embody Books has the eternaut listed $79.99 for at least 6 months, but they do NOT have the book. I paid for one in aug they cancelled the order a month later when I asked about it, they send a bogus tracking # . I ordered it again in Oct same thing, never sent it just put a bogus tracking #. Ordered for the third time in Dec 15 no movement at all until feb when they added a tracking #. Now they never actually sent it because the usps website says so, just like the last three times I ordered from embody books. USPS says it is expecting the item for the last 3 weeks.

BUT today when I went to get my refund from amazon, AMAZON STATES ON THE ORDER "This package is delayed due to severe weather in the delivery network."

WHEN I CLICK ON THE UPDATES THIS IS THE LIE AMAZON TELLS ME!

I have called amazon several times and "report a problem with seller" at least 6 times I have also reported this to amazon seller side and they did nothing!!!

The big lies don't stop there... Look at their fdbk AMAZON HAS CROSSED OUT APROXX 750 NEGATIVE REVIEWS like this..;

I ordered this gift as a Christmas gift and it NEVER arrive. I am heart broken since this was they ONLY gift my fiance asked for.

Message from Amazon: The fulfillment issues associated with this order were not due to the seller.

Embody books has 441 4 star fdbks, if you click on the 1 star reviews AMAZON says they only have 51, however AMAZON has crossed out over 700 negative reviews claiming that Message from Amazon: The fulfillment issues associated with this order were not due to the seller. Embody has a 70% pos fdbk rating but it should be 70% negative obviously.

Amazon is literally demonstrably lying to me to cover up for this seller that is a known rip off.

#1 Its a lie that weather impacted delivery.

#2 Its a lie when they say its delayed in transit

#3 its a lie when amazon says delivery issues were no the fault of the seller over 750 time!!!!

Amazon is pathetic, they turned away and lied to at least 750 people because of this shady seller, who is just one of thousands of similar sellers who dont actually have what they advertise.

AMAZON, YOU NEEED TO DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously address this problem.

I am a international seller I dispatched parcel from S.Korea to US through post service.

I have a problem with USPS delivery, my package is not being delivered maybe, the customer is not responding to my messages as to whether or not they received it, what to do about it. Should I just wait for the customer response?
