Well @Seller_EkbLZUYSpmJEy, you are in luck as we are happy to announce the launch of the new “Follow Discussion” feature on Seller Forums, so our sellers will never miss an update on the conversations that matter to them most.

This new feature is easy to use!

Simply click the new “Follow” button on any discussion of interest and you’ll get a pop-up on the Notifications tab whenever there is new activity.

You’ll also be able to see a summary of your Followed discussions in the new Follow filters on the home, discussions, and profile pages.

Also just in case you caught it in the screenshot above, the ability to follow sellers and Community Manager is coming soon. Please stay tuned!

Violation Received Despite Correcting Product Title

Hello,

I made the necessary corrections to my product title on April 11, 2024, ensuring full compliance. However, due to a system error, the updated title was not properly reflected to customers.

I have reported this issue multiple times to Amazon Support, provided all necessary evidence, and discussed it with my account manager. Despite being assured that there were no issues, I have now received a violation, and my product has been deactivated due to the incorrect title.

I kindly request the relevant authorities to review CASE ID: 17218393201 and take the necessary steps to resolve this issue. If any other sellers have faced a similar problem, I would appreciate hearing about your experiences.

Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,

On July 24, 2024, my Amazon account was deactivated due to suspicion of product authenticity.

Despite sending my action plan and documentation, my appeal was not accepted.

I sent my detailed action plan, invoices and supporting documents for my account on January 31st.

My appeal is still under review and I have not received a response.

I request that my appeal be reviewed and my account be reactivated. I await your response on this matter.

Blank Form, Variations, External Product ID

For anyone having trouble with the new workflow when you have variations, there is a specific ORDER you have to follow or you get errors on the variations page.

@Seller_bKbl3m40jbryt posted this question and never received an answer.

Today, I started a new listing and found the same issues, but found the workaround.

1. Click Add A Product and then Select Blank Form

2. Type in title and select category, add your Brand Name if you have one.

3. NEXT click "I don't have a product ID. Do NOT Click anything on variations yet.

4. THEN click This product has variations, BUT NO NOT CHECK ANY OF THE VARIATION CHOICES on this page. Check the variation choices on the VARIATIONS PAGE.

5. Then enter your variations as usual on the VARIATIONS PAGE.

If you go back to the first page, the External Product ID section will no longer show, but the information will be retained and your new ASINs should work.

Trying to understand how offering case packs can help

I recently got a message that two of my items are a good choice for providing case packs of 6 to 8 items in those packs. I had created a case pack before for one of those items, but no reference was made on the original product page that a case pack was also available, so there were no sales for the case packs. I eventually added a link in a bullet point, but it did very little to aid those sales. I ended up getting charged fees for aging inventory, and I eventually disposed of them. A total loss of time, effort, and inventory.

What am I misunderstanding about case packs? What is the point of creating a case pack if the popular page for that product never informs the customer of that option ... or has that changed in the past two years since I originally tried?

Alternatively, I could offer discounts for purchasing higher quantities, but this appears to be a loss for me and a boom for Amazon since I would receive a lower price per product if I provide a discount for purchasing six items as compared to one, but Amazon still charges the full FBA shipping fees for each item, makes one shipment and doubles or triples their profit. Normally, part of the motivation for providing a discount for purchasing in quantity is because of the savings on shipping, but I don't see those savings being passed to my end, just on Amazon's, so what am I misunderstanding about that as well?

Overall, I appreciate the volume of sales I can generate through Amazon as compared to other places where I sell my products, but it sometimes appears that Amazon's "Suggestions" to help me sell more, benefit them a lot more than me. I am open to seeing this differently if I am misunderstanding the process.

Any insight from sellers or moderators is appreciated.

I’m a new seller, and I’ve been trying to add a listing, but I keep receiving an error message saying, “You’re currently unable to add or edit listings because either the credit or debit card on file is invalid or it is in the process of validating.” I’ve already waited a few days, but the issue persists. I’ve entered valid credit card information, and Amazon even charged $1 to the card for verification. I also tried using a different credit card, but it still doesn’t work. Could someone assist me with this? My case ID is 17188056491.

FBM Delivery Promise Gap Issue

Recently noticed my delivery estimates on the catalog page for West Coast buyers are pretty out of wack. Below you can see my actually delivery time is shorter than Amazon's promised delivery time, but on the catalog page some buyers are seeing delivery promises spread out up to 5 whole days. Why is this?

This specfic listing (below) has a huge gap of 5 days for potential delivery, this is hurting my conversions as buyers don't want see this kind of huge swing, they want to know exactly when they can expect their purchase. I can get my items from East Coast to West Coast in 3 days (including handling time) - why would Amazon show customers delivery times of up to 1 week?

Can AVON block the sale of their used books?

One of my used books was marked as inactive because AVON does not allow the sale of their used books. Can they do that?

i thought it was settled law that once I buy a book, it's mine to resell as I choose.

For the INFORM Consumers Act, I already declared last month and suddenly i'm having this message "Your account is at risk of deactivation".

This is really shocking to us. Such messaging is really terrible.

What I can see is "Tax Verification (In Progress)" and I can't do anything else. When I declared, I merely accepted what I submitted last year so what's the problem and when can it be resolved?
