Some of my product sales drop because of the "Frequently returned" label.
I don't mind the label; it can help us improve product quality and service and reduce the cost of returns.
However, I have 2 questions that need to be discussed.
1. The top root cause of return for most of my products is "too late delivery", "Delivery issue", "Arrived too late", "shipping issues".
These products were fulfilled by Amazon, and I already paid the shipping fee. You guys didn't do the fulfillment job well, and caused the return. Now you blame me for the high "Frequently returned" rate with that? I think all returned FBA orders that were chosen for delivery issues should be excluded from the return rate. At the same time, in this return situation, Amazon should refund our shipping fees.
2. How was the return rate calculated?
We have many products for the festival. E.g., we sold 1000 pieces in December for Christmas, and 500 pieces in January. We received 100 pieces returned in January, which were ordered in December. Now the return rate should be 100/1000(10%) or 100/500(20%)?
Need some advice, thank you!
