As we are all aware, your detail pages can make or break your success on Amazon. It can be incredibly difficult to try to figure out what to improve when you have been working with products for a long time alone. We're starting this thread to help each other optimize listings through peer review and shared insights.

There are TWO ways to participate:

📝 SEEKING FEEDBACK? Post your ASIN

  • Tell us your product story: Is there something special about your product that’s hard to capture on the detail page?
  • Mention your target customer: Who are you trying to reach?
  • Highlight any current challenges: What barriers are you seeing in getting the detail page that you want?

🏆 SHARE YOUR SUCCESS: Share your ASIN

  • What makes your detail page stand out: How did you make your products best features center stage?
  • Which elements have had the biggest impact: What areas have you seen sales spikes when the detail page changed?
  • Include any testing insights (A/B testing): Were there any specific strategies when developing your options?

The goal is practical, actionable feedback from fellow sellers and even some from your Community Managers who understand the challenges you're facing and have tools you might not have available!

WARNING! AMAZON PROBLEM IS NOW IN THE NEWS MEDIA FOR THE PAST FEW MONTHS - ARE THEY SCAMMING US!

I engaged in a two one-hour conversation with a Live Amazon representative to try and fix my problem.

Two Amazon IT professionals indicated that the issue stems from a malfunction within the Amazon platform.

My company has achieved sales exceeding 11 million dollars. On several occasions, my proficient IT team has engaged in discussions with the less competent representatives from Amazon's IT department, which has been a Joke.

This problem is impacting numerous Amazon seller account holders and has been reported in various newspapers, as well as being widely discussed on news outlets and social media.

Over 50 media reports have been published that address the same issue I am encountering.

To Amazon Customer Service Team,

I am facing a significant issue with the Amazon Deposit Method associated with my account.

Despite 37 attempts to resolve this through various channels, and spending over an hour on two separate occasions speaking with a senior Amazon tech specialist and my company's IT team. the same issue persists. and I have dozen's of reports with the same issue!

The problem is a recurring technical problem – I do not receive the security texts to link a bank account to my Amazon Deposit Method.

I can log into my account using two-step verification without any issues, I am unable to receive the security text required for the deposit setup. I DON’T GET TE TEXTS

The ‘Merchant Default’ Contact NUMBER AND EMAIL status displays both verified and unverified simultaneously, further complicating the matter. THIS IS A AMAZON PLATFORM MALFUNTIOND HAPPENING TO MANY USSERS

To resolve this issue, I have taken many steps including:

1. Attempted to add a different cell phone number but received no response.

2. Engaged with over twelve Amazon representatives, including a comprehensive one-hour call where various solutions were explored.

3. Deleted and re-entered my cell phone number and email address multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved.

4. Consulted with T-Mobile to ensure there are no issues with my cell service.

5. Followed a representative's advice to delete my account and create a new one, yet the original problem continues.

I have sent and verbally given my identification, bank routing/acct number act 5 times to Amazon rep..–

It is particularly alarming that I have repeatedly received generic email responses that fail to address the specifics of my situation.

I sent requested screen shots 3 times

Two Amazon IT professionals indicated that the issue stems from a malfunction within the Amazon platform.

STOP SENDING ME THE SAME EMAILS AND ASKING THE SAME FUNCTION – REED MY CASE CARFULLY - READ THE NEWS -SEND TO PLATFORM DEVELOERS AND FIX MY ACCOUNT.

Hi everyone,

I’m encountering an issue where my seller account was deactivated due to a counterfeit claim, despite providing extensive and legitimate proof of product authenticity directly from the brand. Here’s a quick summary of my situation:

I have an official invoice issued by the brand, confirming the purchase of authentic products.

A FedEx shipping confirmation clearly shows that the products were properly shipped and delivered.

I received an email from the brand explicitly authorizing me to resell their products on Amazon.

i also have payment proof of the said invoice.

Additionally, I provided product images that display the ASIN and brand logo, as well as a prep images with said asin, amazon labels, that verifies proper handling and shipment.

Despite submitting all of these documents, Amazon still does not accept my proof of authenticity. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? What additional documentation or steps could help ensure that Amazon acknowledges and verifies the legitimate proof provided directly by the brand?

We sent the inventory for ASIN B01LZXTDBF to AWD. The details of the shipment are as follows:

We sent a total of 1,143 cases to AWD with 12 units per case. Since they are sold as Pack of 12, therefore 1 case represents 1 unit so there should be 1,143 sellable units. However, when you see the current AWD inventory, it says they have 13,716 units and 1,143 cases which makes no sense. The correct sellable units should be 1,143 cases or packs!

We don't understand where is the inventory of 13,716 coming from? There should be 1,143 units instead of 13,716 units. I created a case (Case ID 17229224751) 10 days ago but they are not giving me any response. THIS IS A VERY URGENT ISSUE and Amazon support is not cooperating at all.

Hello,

To ensure a safe and trustworthy shopping experience, we are implementing additional qualifications to sell JUST PLAY products given the sensitive nature of these products. Specifically, we are now limiting offers to domestic sellers with a track record of steady availability and sales of significant inventory supply. To determine whether you will remain qualified to sell these products, we are now requiring sellers to provide evidence of a supply chain greater than 100 units of inventory from a verifiable supplier. If we do not receive supply chain documentation that meets these requirements by JUST PLAY, we will remove your listings.

If you sell via Fulfilled by Merchant, you will be able to continue fulfilling orders until 03-13-2025. After this date, your offers will be removed unless we receive updated supply chain documents.

When I listed these items I was given the approval to sell, now they are telling me I cannot sell the products? Please don't refer me to Seller Support, it's useless.

Is anybody else getting these notices?

I am a small seller on Amazon, and through continuous work, I still hold onto hope even when I am close to bankruptcy. However, as of February 20th, the account reserved amount and delayed payment of orders have occupied all of my bills. There is no available funds in my account, and I have no way to appeal or receive any help. After half a month of hard work and the cost of the product, I have not received any return and have to face huge debt for the cost of goods.

Delayed transaction terms help Amazon please buyer users and have more funds available for turnover, but for sellers it is simply a disaster, with unreasonably high return rates, heavy debt for goods costs, and all sales funds being withheld.

Please look into this. Order # 111-2839249-2116227

Buyer said they never got the package even though it shows it was delivereed. This tracking number was a duplicate use from USPS and so the buyer was concerned from the start. Feels like the buyer is scamming us. They opened an A-to-Z, we LOST THE CLAIM, we were debited the amount for the refund. Unreal.

Hey everyone,We’re trying to update our Inform Act Tax info and ran into an issue. We wanted to set the state to Puerto Rico, but it’s not in the dropdown. Since that didn’t work, we tried changing the country to Puerto Rico, but the dropdown is greyed out.

Now, the Seller app says "At Risk for Deactivation," but there’s no warning on the web. We reached out to Amazon Support 9 days ago, still no update. Anyone else deal with this? Any way to get it fixed faster?

I am selling an intermediate pipe, which is positioned after the catalytic converter. According to Amazon's policy, as well as EPA and CARB regulations, the sale of this item is allowed. Both agencies clearly state that parts located after the catalytic converter are classified as "cat-back" components, which do not require an EO number.

Despite this, my product has been flagged as a restricted item. I have provided Amazon with a detailed manual diagram to support my case, yet my appeal continues to be ignored. Instead, I receive automated responses from Seller Support, without any proper review of my submission.

As a major seller on Walmart, eBay, and Amazon, this issue has severely impacted my account health. The problem stems from Amazon's lack of automotive knowledge, as my product is not a defeat device. Defeat devices are those that alter or interfere with a vehicle’s emissions control system, whereas my intermediate pipe does not affect emissions in any way.

I need to address this issue urgently, but Amazon’s automated responses are preventing a proper resolution.

Hello Sellers & Amazon,

I am creating the items that our brand will sell on Amazon, I just tried to create ASIN B0DX2NB7ZS. Five minutes after creation, the listing has been deactivated & I'm met with a "Requires Approval" message...

However, when I go to apply, I'm met with another message stating:

"We are not accepting applications to sell:

Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

Other product(s)"

Amazon Seller Support has been unhelpful thus far simply stating that they are not accepting applications to sell. Is this a wide-spread issue with multivitamins / supplements in general? Our most recent case ID we have opened in relation to this matter is Case ID: 17252711571

@Glenn_Amazon I've seen you help other sellers with this issue in the past, are you able to assist me with this request?
