I need help with 3 safe T claims and 1 negative review removal:
I need an Mods help I have a Safe T Claim. Order ID: # 113-3290116-6150616 was denied.
SAFE-T claim ID 36223-43341-7117809
The buyer sent back and empty box I took a picture of the shipping label and the box with all it packing material packing slip but no products and submitted a claim the claim was denied
"We have denied your refund request for the order 113-3290116-6150616.
Reason: The issue that you reported is not covered by the SAFE-T policy."
Someone at that department doesn't know what they are doing. I have appealed the case and was hoping a Mod can escalate the case to get this issue resolved.
Also I have a second Safe T Claim Order # 112-0104552-9369057 was denied

The buyer did not send the item back and I was reimbursed for the product. But I was not reimbursed for the additional upgraded shipping cost. The item comes with free shipping but he buyer chose UPS Next Day air service for $50. The buyer chose this option when checking out. The Safe T Claim keeps getting denied but this goes against the safe t claim policy.

The buyer opened a return stating this item is defective and doesn't work and wants to get a refund and the shipping cost back. The buyer send back an envelope with a folded paper towel bot the item I shipped him which is a special pink cloth for cleaning pearls.
The buyer also left me a negative feedback as follows"How dare you charge $35.00 to ship a piece of cloth. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Besides the fact that your item doesnt rsquo;t even work."
This item comes with free shipping. The buyer select UPS 2nd air at an addition cost of $35. The buyer. opened a fraudulent return just to get refunded for the item and the $35 upgraded shipping fee. I got scammed
I have opened a case today and was hoping a Mod can escalate the case to get this issue resolved correctly where I get reimbursed for the item and shipping amount.
Also I asking if a moderator can escalate the negative feedback in this case to get it removed.
