Hi dear friends

My pricing is not showing in my list. I set my max and min price correctly and add list price in-between also sale price for next one week. i tried changing after few days but unfortunately the pricing is not showing which may create a confusion in buyers.

its showing click to see the price , when clicking to enter the product page it showing add to cart to see the price , i mean like a game.

Can any one help me?

Why Amazon's warehouses are killing sellers?

It takes ages to check in a shipment in FC center like PPO4. Does Amazon know it's low efficiency is killing sellers as well as himself? Why would this happen? What has Andy done to Amazon?

AWD Replenishment Shipments Not Fully Received at FBA

Hi everyone,

Recently, we have used AWD replenishment to send inventory to FBA. Out of 10 AWD replenishment shipments, none were fully received and each order had varying amounts of missing inventory. We have opened multiple cases for all affected shipments, but so far, only the two shipments with the smallest losses have been reimbursed. The remaining shipments, containing much larger quantities of lost goods, are still unresolved despite our repeated follow-ups with Seller Support.

We know that Amazon is promoting AWD on a large scale across the US, and many sellers—including us—are actively trying out this new fulfillment solution. However, the current results and efficiency are disappointing. The unresolved losses and inconsistent case handling are discouraging for sellers who want to trust and grow with Amazon’s new system.

We are concerned about the transparency of AWD replenishment and the consistency of case resolution.

I’m posting here to:

  • Ask if anyone has faced similar challenges and, if so, how you managed to get all missing inventory issues resolved.
  • Request advice for successfully escalating unresolved AWD replenishment cases.

Shipment issue at SCK8

I have sent the stock on March 4th and the shipment was sent to SCK8.

But the shipment won't move to checked in for almost a MONTH.

I have several shipment sent to SCK8 and it is the same for ALL OTHER SHIPMENTS!!

Anyone have same problem???

I would like to ask you a question, why has the PBI3 warehouse been registered in this warehouse always been a fast speed since 2024 to today? Never changed?

For example: The shipment FBA18VBZK7ZQ has been delivered to the warehouse for nearly 1 week and has not been updated yet;

It seems that every time the shipment sent to this warehouse is so slow

I am writing to convey my absolute fury and utter despair regarding the relentless and frankly ridiculous changes Amazon continues to impose. As a new seller, I am already operating under immense limitations, with a staggering 99% of potentially profitable products being inexplicably restricted. This leaves me with the meager option of sourcing from retail stores like Dollar Tree, Ross, TJ Maxx, Walmart, and Target just to have any inventory.

Now, on top of these already significant hurdles, Amazon is demanding utterly absurd quantities, invoices that are simply impossible to obtain from these retail environments, letters, and a litany of other nonsensical requirements. I received approval to sell specific items, and now you are demanding the impossible to maintain that very approval.

Let me be unequivocally clear: if I had any other viable path, I would have abandoned this platform yesterday. This entire experience has been nothing short of infuriating, deeply disappointing, and has left me feeling utterly lost.

To compound this insult, I have been given a completely unrealistic deadline of April 29th to rectify what is fundamentally unfixable given my sourcing model and the very nature of retail arbitrage.

What is particularly annoying is the sheer disrespect shown. It is evident that Amazon has absolutely no comprehension of the immense effort and hard work we, as small sellers, put in just to keep our operations running. I am beyond disappointed; I am angry, upset, desperate, and feel completely lost in this process. This is not a partnership; it feels like a constant uphill battle against illogical and unattainable expectations.

I'm facing a critical issue with FBA fee miscalculation that threatens my business survival. My product's packaging dimensions (35.5*27*6.7cm / 13.98*10.63*2.64in) and weight (809g/1.78lbs) were incorrectly captured by the system as 347.98*200.66*5.08cm and 10.428kg,$5.87- an astronomical fee increase to $194.95! The Amazon product is reserved for 3+ weeks and I can't apply for a remeasurement of its dimensions.

Key timeline:

- Shipment received: Mar 26-Apr 5

- Current status: Stuck in "Reserved" state :FC transfer & FC processingfor 3+ weeks

- Orders pending fulfillment: 3 summer-seasonal orders delayed,2+ weeks. The delivery efficiency is completely inconsistent with FBA orders, which seriously affects the customer experience

This system error is causing:

unexpected storage fees

Frozen inventory (can't sell/relocate/destroy)

Poor customer experience (FBA orders unfulfilled)

Risk of losing my business operation

I've complied with all guidelines - please help expedite:

1. Manual measurement verification

2. FBA fee correction

3. Inventory status update

I have already attached the actual measurement images, dimensions, and weight of the product in the case. However, the response from the case still states that the correct FBA shipping fees cannot be updated due to the product being in a reserved status. If the product remains in this reserved status, I will continue to incur excessive inventory storage fees, which I cannot afford. This situation may lead to my unemployment. I kindly request your assistance.

Has anyone encountered similar measurement errors? How did you resolve it? Amazon team, could you prioritize this urgent seasonal product issue? I beg for your help!

Now that Amazon requires an invoice from a supplier showing purchase of at least 100 items to get approval to sell Scholastic, Marvel, Universal, etc, how do sellers like Goodwill get approved to sell their single copies of used books? We know that Goodwill gets their books from donations, so they do not have invoices for them. How do they get around the 100 item purchase invoices? or 10 items for other publishers? And why does Amazon require invoices for used books, when it goes against the Supreme Court ruling of the First Sale Doctrine that permits people to resell their used books?
