I am writing to request your assistance with an issue concerning a shipment sent to Amazon's warehouses at HGR6 HAGERSTOWN, MD US.
On January 30, 2025, I shipped a total of 562 units from Miami. This shipment arrived at its destination, but the case was closed on March 12, 2025, with only 450 units available for sale. This indicates a loss of 112 units.
On March 12, 2025, I opened a case requesting an investigation into these missing items. On March 18, I received a response stating that an investigation was underway.
However, since that date, I have not received any updates regarding the status of my lost merchandise. I have attempted to contact support via email and chat on multiple occasions, but I have received no response whatsoever.
I urgently require a thorough investigation into the loss of these 112 units and a reimbursement for the value of the missing merchandise. The lack of communication and the delay in resolving this issue are significantly impacting my business.
I would greatly appreciate your intervention to obtain a clear response and a solution to this case as soon as possible.
