Amazon Dropshipping is a simple 3-step process.

A product listed by a seller on Amazon is purchased by a customer.

The seller purchases the product from the supplier whose order was received.

The seller forwards the order to the supplier and then delivers the product to the customer.

In this way, as a seller, you profit from the difference between the price listed on Amazon and the manufacturer's price. Amazon Dropshipping provides a connection between the buyer and the manufacturer.

Amazon's dropshipping policy includes some seller rules. As a seller, you must comply with these rules. So what are these rules?

You must be the registered seller of your products.

You must identify yourself as a seller on the shipping notes and required documents.

Before shipping your product, you must remove the information identifying the third party shipper.

You must accept the responsibility of processing the returns.

You must comply with Amazon policies and the customer agreement.

There are certain situations that you are not allowed to do as a seller. These are:

You must not purchase products from any other retailer and pass on this retailer's information to your customer.

You should not send your shipments with packing slips, invoices or other information showing contact information that does not belong to you.

Case Id - 17592257991

HELP PLEASE !!!

I have shipped my order out my Amazon carrier and they received it and checked in all the 42 units I sent them .

I also had two pending orders on one of the SKUs. Suddenly after three weeks two SKUs from that shipping had 0 available and Amazon claims that it was not present in the boxes.

I raised several support requests and they keep giving me the same reply. I even provided invoice of the purchase with date and still Amazon keeps giving me the same reply and that they will not reimburse with inventory or money.

Can someine please help me proceed here? This is my 3rd month and second shipment and it is very discouraging when Amazon does not even want to reason with me as to how it was available for 3 weeks with two active orders and then suddenly claims to be missing in the shipment

My first verification submission was rejected and I'm in the process of waiting for my first bank statement to arrive. While getting ready for that, I noticed that there is no section under Business Identity to upload this proof of address so I'm not sure where to send it to. I called the contact center and was basically told I might not be able to do it on my phone. I log in on my laptop and still no way to upload the document. Can anyone from amazon help me on this? I submitted it as is thinking there will be more options or fields but looks like it literally got submitted.

Hello Amazon Support and Seller Community,

My account was suspended due to ASIN B097NHBG3Y. I would like to respectfully explain that this ASIN was mistakenly added to my inventory. It was never listed live, never sold, and never fulfilled.

I removed it from my inventory immediately. Since there was no transaction or stock, I do not have any invoices or supplier documentation. I have submitted multiple appeals along with a written PDF statement explaining the issue, but I continue to receive automated responses.

I am a small and honest seller who values Amazon’s policies and customer trust. I am not a brand owner and have no intention of violating any policies. I kindly ask for help from a community manager or Account Health representative to escalate this issue for **manual review**.

5 months in without ANY resolution

Hi,

It's been 5+ months that my books listing has been restricted, like as always the best I could do was to wait for some resolution but month after month and having invested into creating books inventory and also incurring expense on storage unit, there hasn't been ANY resolution provided YET! My inventory; whatever I had sent before the restriction on books' posting is still active, that means my monthly charges are on but with no new avenues of making any more sales due to books restriction.

I assumed looking at similar concerns from some forum members that it'll be temporary but seems like this is more like a permanent thing - without ANY clue why this and how to get out of this situation?

I request any contact info / email for addressing my grievances so that for once someone can look into my case and help with getting rid of this restriction.

Could've continued on the previous thread, but the link to the thread is broken, hence this new discussion!!!

I am way over frustrated and losing out on my revenue and on top of that losing money with no hope of coming out of it.. What is the way out of this situation?
