I wanted to reach out and share a few suggestions for when you’re creating a thread and looking for support from moderators or the community.

There are a few things to keep in mind when creating your thread.

  1. kind of help are you’re looking for?
  2. The type of issues did you encounter?
  3. Supporting information.
  4. Limited visibility.

What kind of help are you’re looking for?

There can different forms of support or help that can be provided depending on the situation. These examples include support with: account reactivation, appeal and disputes, broken appeal paths or other technical issues that occur. Can you provide enough information that helps us better understand your situation?

The type of issues did you encounter?

As there are many different types of situations that can occur, we will need more information surrounding what occurred, and how you were impacted. Was this something that impacted a performance calculation, the status of your account, or your listings?

Supporting Information

Supporting information is very crucial for us when we need to better understand your specific situation. This can include performance notifications, ASINs, screenshots, policy violations, case ID, and complaint IDs. This is not an exhaustive list of supporting details but to aid in suggestions for what to provide that would help us in supporting you through your concerns.

As a side note when providing any supporting information. This is a public space and strongly discourage posting any personal information such as emails, phone numbers, addresses, or other personal details. If you need to provide any personal information, please create a case and share your information there, proceed to post your case in your thread so we can see your submission.

Hello Everyone ,

Amazon has temporarily deactivated my account since. July 2024.

They are asking for invoices for the following

I have provided but they rejected and also my appeal?

Any assistance would be grateful .

Unable to re-schedule Amazon PLTL Pick Up

Unable to re-schedule Amazon Partnered Carrier LTL Pick Up from 03/11 to 04/01.

Had to reschedule due to delays.

Contacted Seller Support but was told to create a new shipment.

It's very costly to re-label and re-palletize all 2,000 cartons.

A while back my cell phone was stolen with my Amazon seller login in it. I made a new account thinking I would never get access to my previous account. My new account was flagged for Multiple Account Policy Violation. So I needed to access my old account ASAP.

I finally did and I reactivated or reinstated it and then I permanently deactivated that original account and closed it. I kept my second account just because nothing personal. So, now I am stuck getting automated responses that I need to Appeal ALL Policy Violation when my account is in good health 200/1000 . I read the Multiple Seller Account Violations and proved that this was all not intentional and because my phone was stolen and I proved a police report and everything.

Should I just deactivate this current account all together , I am so stuck and have sent a years worth of Appeals.

Dear Amazon Team,

I appealed 14 times supplying all evidences, selecting and trying all choices, acknowleding my fault, explaining the cause etc. but nothing worked.

I talked with 3 different Health Specialist, CA, MX and a Turkish speaking, but 3 of them told me different things, suggested different things. I did what they said, nothing happened. All call records and call notations which are sent by mail are available.

Wrote over X to Seller Support, they didn't help anyhing, also on Linkedin Sell on Amazon.

I don't know what to do, don't know why am i getting rejected, if I can learn, I can appeal or write what they want.

I acknowledge my fault to quickly reactivate my account but again it is not accepted several times.

Early February 2025, I received an authenticity complaint. I provided the documents they needed, and I was activated within a few days. At the end of February, my account was deactivated again. I provided the same documents by providing invoices with the sellers address and information they needed. However, they denied my documents saying they couldn't verify the seller. I called WALMART and they informed me the seller was no longer in their network. I added this information to my documents, and I'm still deactivated. This is very frustrating. Amazon is talking in codes and not provided the correct information. Can anyone help? or am I done selling on this platform?

Dear Amazon FBA Logistic Team

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding a shipment I sent to Amazon in September 2024. It has been months, and I have yet to receive any update or resolution on this matter. This is utterly unacceptable, and I demand immediate action.

According to what my carrier told me, the appointment information updated at 10/16/2024/ 18:00EDT, the appointmentID is 77089034979. It's been a long time ago. But I still haven't received the goods, and there's no investigation being opened, let alone compensation. It's just 38PCS! Why so difficult?

Despite numerous follow-ups and requests for updates, your team has done nothing but delay the investigation process. Every time I contact support, I am given vague responses, empty promises, and no concrete answers. This is not the level of service I expected from a company of Amazon’s reputation.

Completing Book Sets

I want to get everyone's opinion on this, please share your thoughts.

There's a listing for a set of 20 Berenstain Books. It's not a boxed set. I have 19 of the 20 books listed. I was thinking of putting it in the notes that this book title is missing and you'd be receiving this book. It would still be a berenstain book. I was also thinking about adding a few berenstain books for free to make up for it.

Do you think that would be acceptable or am I asking for a return or worse a to z claim.

My CPC certificate is still under review almost two months since I submitted it on January 20, 2025, and today is March 11, 2025, so I'm wondering how much longer until it's reviewed? its pretty sad so many people have been gated in universal movies and vinyls. But hey goodwill who sells used stuff that has been donated yet can still sell these products..if Amazon was worried about keeping their marketplace safe that's just a load of crap btw they would not let goodwill sell their goods. I don't understand how they get away with selling anything they want.
