Everything was working great with the bank account i was using with amazon for six months until I received a notification stating that I can no longer receive payments, so I re-added my bank account information. However, it was denied, so I opened a support ticket for a human review. They responded with the same help articles available online. I called again and requested an escalation, then visited the bank to gather all the necessary details, which I provided to Amazon. Despite this, nothing was done for a week. When I called back, they told me I needed to wait 15 days for the review. I submitted another ticket, and they mentioned that it's under review once again. It's now been over 30 days since I received a payment from Amazon, and we are currently waiting for over $2200 in owed payments.
This could be resolved very simply if Amazon would just have a human review the documents and the tickets.
All the provided paperwork and bank statements Clearly show the last 4 digits of my bank account, name and address of the LLC.
