As we are all aware, your detail pages can make or break your success on Amazon. It can be incredibly difficult to try to figure out what to improve when you have been working with products for a long time alone. We're starting this thread to help each other optimize listings through peer review and shared insights.

There are TWO ways to participate:

📝 SEEKING FEEDBACK? Post your ASIN

  • Tell us your product story: Is there something special about your product that’s hard to capture on the detail page?
  • Mention your target customer: Who are you trying to reach?
  • Highlight any current challenges: What barriers are you seeing in getting the detail page that you want?

🏆 SHARE YOUR SUCCESS: Share your ASIN

  • What makes your detail page stand out: How did you make your products best features center stage?
  • Which elements have had the biggest impact: What areas have you seen sales spikes when the detail page changed?
  • Include any testing insights (A/B testing): Were there any specific strategies when developing your options?

The goal is practical, actionable feedback from fellow sellers and even some from your Community Managers who understand the challenges you're facing and have tools you might not have available!

Get posting everyone and lets improve your Amazon Catalog one ASIN at a time!

Hi all, I want to add Australia as a region to my current account, but when I click the register button located on the Sell Globally page, it directs me to the Amazon.au login page. The problem starts here: if I click the log in button and enter my current credentials, it automatically redirects me to my North America account without any option to add another country. If you're wondering what happens when I click the register button instead of the sign-in button on the Amazon.au homepage, it prompts me to enter some information as part of the usual registration process. However, when I enter my current email, it says something like "this email is already connected to a seller account," which is my North America account.

I already opened a case for that, but you know, sometimes things take time to solve. Does anyone have a similar experience lately? I would appreciate any assistance. Case ID: 17286279851

Unlock brand with Amazon business

Hello, good morning. I am trying to unlock the Crayola brand on Amazon Business. I am sending the invoice with all the information that Amazon requests. I do not know what the problem is. They have rejected my request several times. Can you give me information if buying on Amazon Business is not recommended to unlock the brand. I appreciate the collaboration. Thank you very much.

So in line with the latest developments Amazon doesn't want to reimburse lost inventory at sale price anymore. They want to reimburse lost inventory at source cost, that is their estimate of manufacturing cost or a value that we enter based on manufacturing cost proof (invoices).

But who pays for freight, 3PL, FBA transfers and FBA placement fees?

We have been selling on Amazon for over 10 years, and this is the first time we’ve lost Buy Box eligibility across all our listings. We exclusively sell under our Registered Brand. Our account health shows "Healthy", and we have not received any Performance Notifications. Please Help Us!

Please can someone kindly help!

I live in the UK and I recently set up a US Wyoming LLC / with a 2nd virtual business mailbox through Bizee (infile) registered agent.

I then set up a business bank account with Wise bank, with the same virtual business mailbox address for my business 'trading' address.

I recently received a message from Wise saying "unable to verify your business 'trading address' we need a utility bill (last 3 mths).

  • So I sent a utility bill from my home and changed the address to my home: This didnt work
  • I then changed the trading address back to my virtual mailbox and sent my business licence: Didnt also work
  • I then sent the USPS mailbox application form from my reg. agent : This didnt work also

Wise is still rejecting all my documents saying " trading address verfication still needed".

I dont understand what Im doing wrong and Ive spent 3 weeks + on this now, trying to work it out, instead of focusing on finding my first product, its becoming really stressfull. Please can someone help!!

Help, my new store needs to be reactivated, but I don’t know how to activate it.

The performance notification emails or links provided by customer service always redirect me to the Account Info page. It displays "You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services," with a "Reactivate Account" button below. After clicking it and proceeding to the next page, I click "Edit Information," but it prompts me with "You are currently undergoing another verification. Please retry once the verification is completed." I’ve contacted multiple customer service reps, and they’ve confirmed there’s no ongoing verification. So, I still don’t know what to do—it feels like I’m trapped in a dead loop. Now, email cases are mostly handled by bots, and human customer service just says it’s being processed. It’s been over ten days already.

What should I do now? Customer service doesn’t seem able to resolve my issue, and I have no idea what’s supposedly being verified.

Everything was working great with the bank account i was using with amazon for six months until I received a notification stating that I can no longer receive payments, so I re-added my bank account information. However, it was denied, so I opened a support ticket for a human review. They responded with the same help articles available online. I called again and requested an escalation, then visited the bank to gather all the necessary details, which I provided to Amazon. Despite this, nothing was done for a week. When I called back, they told me I needed to wait 15 days for the review. I submitted another ticket, and they mentioned that it's under review once again. It's now been over 30 days since I received a payment from Amazon, and we are currently waiting for over $2200 in owed payments.

This could be resolved very simply if Amazon would just have a human review the documents and the tickets.

All the provided paperwork and bank statements Clearly show the last 4 digits of my bank account, name and address of the LLC.

Auto Messaging: How to remove?

Hello, I wanted to know if there is a way to remove auto messaging from out messaging system?

The issue we are experiencing is where when an employee is out of office and auto-reply is set up in their Outlook account, the Amazon customer sending a message is also receiving this auto response. How can we remove this auto-reply from outlook going back to Amazon?

Is there a setting in Amazon to not receive replies from this particular email, or would I need to work this from Outlook?

Does anyone know how i can sell on amazon.co.uk under this account that is .com? I did have .co.uk enabled but it says "Terminated" now beside the .co.uk seller central in my global accounst dashboard - how do i get this enabled again?
