I have a listing where I have a variation family (color based) and have two variations. The listing is already submitted and is approved.

Can I add now another variation family (type based) to the same listing afterwards? When I go 'edit' listing, I see all other 'variation families' greyed out.

I really hope that Amazon can give me some clear guidance and insights as soon as possible.

Because my product has been shown as unavailable for sale for a long time, this has had a huge impact on my inventory and account.

My listing was deactivated. Amazon marked it as a medical device for professional use. 510(k) and other supporting documents are required to prove that this product is allowed to be sold on Amazon.

Although we tried our best to explain that our product is not a medical device for professional use, we still received a rejection from Amazon.

The reason for the rejection was "the FDA 510(k) provided does not cover this product"

This is very sad for me. I tried to ask the review team what information is wrong? We can explain and verify, but the review team still rejected me for the same reason.

I am really sad because this is really important to me.

Because of the problem of unsalable products, I have too much unsalable inventory and my account has also received relevant performance.

I really don’t know which information is missing or incorrect. I feel that I am in trouble.

My account has been deactivated, I submitted several appeals but I keep getting the same reply asking for more information.

Can a real person look into this and advise me on how to correct or submit a further appeal?

I have sent a lot of emails but not got any response. check my account and disbursement my funds as soon as possible so that i clear my dues. Could you help me to appeal funds disbursements. I have summitted lot of appeals to reinstate my account as I have never drop shipped even a single order. All the orders were shipped
