I received quite a few harassing and intimidating emails from buyers trying to scare me away from selling on specific ASIN's. The buyers threatened to buy items and return them and leave bad reviews and that they'd ruin my store if I did not stop selling the products. I reported this each time. I also received hundreds of orders for specific items to limit my stock of which the orders got cancelled by Amazon.
I am now being accused of doing this to other sellers of which I have never done. I believe that the reports that I submitted somehow got interpreted by either a bot or someone at Amazon that I was the one sending the messages when I was the victim. Now my account has been deactivated.
I have been trying to appeal it but they keep saying "Your submission did not include the information as requested on your Account Health page for this warning. We do not have enough information to remove the warning from your account at this time. To remove the warning, view the policy warnings on your Account Health page and follow the steps next to the policy warning to submit the required information."
I have no idea what information I am supposed to submit. I cannot get a hold of anyone at Amazon that can help. This is not right. What should I do?
Below is the original message I received. I have NEVER done what I am being accused of but have reported others for taking these actions against me.
