Danny, hoping you can help as the seller, WIZKISTORE, who is hijacking listings, was previously identified as violating variations on listings(and you responded in the forum), and is currently doing the same for their "anti-barking devices for dogs" on our well established listings for plush pacifiers.

We have executed cases through all the possible modules of Seller Central, Brand Registry (we have been Brand Registered on Amazon for close to 14 years) and Report Abuse. Unfortunately, every option we have tried to get a resolution on has resulted in run around cut and paste NON-answers from Amazon, even when we have requested the cases be elevated to managers. List of case numbers and report abuse complaint IDs below. Cases are being closed with no resolution and we have to keep opening new cases.

This is causing consumer confusion and outright deception on our ASINs (identified in cases) by WIZKISTORE. PLEASE resolve this as we are really questioning the value of being a Brand Manager on Amazon when Amazon doesn't even protect brands from this nonsense.

One of my customers purchased some of our lights, then he requested to return one, I gave him a refund not requesting a return of the light in the spirit of good customer service. After a few days he went to file a claim and it turned out that Amazon even refunded him for the entire order, no matter how much I explained it didn't work, have you guys encountered this?

listing suddenly can't be searched by many keywords, except the sponored.

it always appears on 1-1, 1-2,now, which is the Amazon choice of keywords of this listing.

it's disappeared,directly. i don't mind it appeared at the 2nd,3rd page, disappeared is really can't accept and undsertand.

traffic has been dropped more than 50%, orders the same.

opened many case no one help, They don't question the issues with their internal search system.

i just doubt is there a bug? beacuse i'm not the only one.

anyone who have solved this problem. could you please share with me?

Hello all,

I am trying to condense all the information overload that I have gotten and read about sending my first shipment to a fulfillment centre.

I am ungated to sell 32 Degrees in the clothing and accessories category, and I’m due to receive my purchases in a few days, and I want to ensure that I do everything correct. The purchases I made are three different sizes and three different colours. I have checked on Amazon and I’m not seeing any listing for them, so I’m assuming that it’s a new product that I’d be listing.

Do I need to create a listing for each size and colour that I have? I am presently looking at the steps to “create a listing” on a mobile device, to get a better understanding of what to expect. When I select the “Variations” options, I chose “this product has variations”, and I selected “colour” and “number of items”, but it won’t allow me to select “apparel size”. Am I doing something wrong?

After I do those steps to create a listing, what else do I need to do?

Hi,

My account is suspended at this moment , it says I need to reactive my account because of INFORM Consumers Act.

Case Number 16604710521

However, when I click reactive my account ,it goes to accouot health page, it's all online status and No next step to operate nor Entry for me to upload my ID. so I am unable to submit verification of the INFORM Consumers Act.

There is no view appeal button neither to submit additional information as requested

Please help!

Hello, I understand that we can view product order sales by ASIN by selected period. But is there any way that we can view the actual profit (in dollar amount) after deducting all the Amazon fees by ASIN? Thanks

The buyer made two orders of the same product. One order to herself and after a while another order of three to her parents in HI. Now buyer claims she thought she was buying 100% juice and wants a refund for all the orders. She contacted us using the first order asking for a refund and we told her that we shipped what she bought as is displayed in the product image and that there's nowhere in the description that this product is labeled as 100% juice. She left a one-star feedback. She contacted us again using the second order for a refund and we responded the same. She left another one-star. I think this is unfair because we are being punished for selling exactly what the buyer ordered and the buyer’s comments are unrelated to any discrepancy or issue with the product as advertised. Please help.

Unbelievable. I used to sell over a thousand items every month on Amazon, consistently following all their policies, delivering authentic products, and building a solid customer base. Now, Amazon has blocked 90% of my new listings, telling me, “Your account does not qualify.” It’s a complete turnaround, and it seems they’re pushing out smaller, honest sellers who helped build their platform in the first place. This kind of short-sighted decision is going to be the end of Amazon for small businesses. I’m ready to move to a new platform once I sell out my remaining stock. This isn’t a loss for us—it’s a loss for Amazon!
